Chapter 16

Alison's POV 

I woke up after feeling a bright light hitting on my face . " uhh Mel please close the curtain . I want to sleep more ." i said covering my face with the bed sheet .

" who is Mel kitten ? Look at me once again." a manly voice boomed and i woke up immideately as if the house was set in fire . " Who the hell are you ? " i shouted throwing a pillow on him which he caught immideatly without any difficulty . Okay , attack one failed . 

But then i noticed my surroundings . Wow such a nice house and amazing bed but a teeny weeny problem . This was neither Mel's house nor my house . Then where am i ?

ok in my serious thoughts i forgot the man who was standing in front of me . He was handsome ? nope i need some other words more than handsome . " Done staring me kitten ? " he told making me turn into a red tomato .

'N-no i - i was not staring at you i was just thinking how did i end up here ." i said looking at him just to see him smirk . " So don't you remember anything kitten ? ok then ." he said getting up from the chair .

" wait say me what happened ? then you can leave " I said looking completely embarrassed " Nothing much kitten you were just pouring your heart out to me . It's ok consider that i have forgotten it and next if your gonna ask about your clothes , then the answer is that you just emptied your stomach yesterday and my maids changed it . Now are we clear or you need few more answers for the questions which are running in your little brain ?" he asked and i smiled in response " No . Thanks for taking care of me and my brain is not little  ." 

i got up from the bed and changed back into my clothes after he left the room . Not a bad guy i thought to myself and went out of the room. 

" I will leave now . Again thanks for taking care of me ." I said getting ready to leave " Not so fast kitten . Since you came to my house I will come to drop you and see the place where you live ." he said getting up from the couch and coming near me " It's fine i  can take a cab . And call me Alison . I am not a kitten." I said huffing and turning back . 

I did not realise that he was so close to me until i felt his chin on my head " I was not giving an option kitten I was just giving you an information that i was coming to drop you." he said going in front of me grabbing my hand .

" Get in the car ." he said opening the door . I sat inside the car and he closed the door and move to the other side to enter the car . Wait why am i obeying him . " Do you know the way to my house ? " I asked him as soon as he started the car .

He nodded his head and i got more scared " Wait don't say me that you are a stalker . Are you ?" i asked and he chuckled " What if i say i am kitten ? " he asked me making me think .

" ok i was with you yesterday and if u wanted to anything you could have done it yesterday but you did not so i can trust you . " i said turning my head to look outside .

ok even I feel dumb to trust some unknown man on taking me home , but he is trying to ....... ok whatever i am not getting what to say but i think i can trust this man unlike someone who blamed all his doings on me . yes even though i drank so much i did not forgot anything . The events are still running in my mind as if it has happened an hour ago .

" why are you crying kitten ? " he asked me which brought me back to the reality " I--it's j--ust nothing . I am alright ." I said wiping my tears away " Don't forget that you have told me your whole story kitten . Now listen ." he looked at me stopping in front of Melissa's house " I know what happened and it is not your fault and you can't keep on blaming yourself . Ok ? " he said and took my phone . " I have your number and i have saved mine in yours . Now go back and call me if you feel that whatever happened is entirely your fault . " he completed saying and i nodded . 

i got out of his car and looked at him . " Thanks but you did not say me your name ." i asked him and he chuckled " I thought you had never ask . look at your mobile contacts after I go and i wish you will remember me kitten." he said and with this he went away .

" I thought you went missing Alison and was about to call your father ." Mel shouted and Jake came running from the kitchen . " Are you alright panda ?" He asked and i nodded " I am alright Jake i was just too drunk and someone took me home and brought me back here . That's it ." i said and they both looked at each other . " Alison don't say me that ..." she dragged it and i understood what was it " No . No it's not what you think ." i said and they both let out a sigh " Thank god . " they both said and i chuckle .

" Ok . Who was the gentle man who brought you here ." Mel asked and Jake also looked at me expectantly . That's when i remembered " I thought you had never ask . look at your mobile contacts after I go and i wish you will remember me kitten." 

I immediately looked at my phone searching for any new name in my contact . And finally i saw the name "His name is Xavier Knight Mel ." i said and again they looked at each other " Are you thinking the same Mel ?" Jake asked and she nodded .

" what happened ? " i asked and Mel suddenly pulled me to her room and made me sit in front of her laptop . Mel and Jake , both were standing beside me "type the name which you said to us in the web right now ." they said in unison and i typed . 

Ok for my surprise it had many of his pictures . " Is it him?" Mel asked and i zoomed in the picture and said " Yes Mel he is the one ." i said and she looked at me as if i had grown two heads.

" This is why we say you to see news and all panda ."  and i did not get anything which was going on . " He is the Xavier Knight who owns a biggest international company and also the mafia king you dumb . And don't say me that he was with you from yesterday night ." she said actually screamed and I sat there looking at the photos of him .

wait .. what ? Don't say me that I was with the most dangerous man for the past 7 to 8 hours .
