chat noir x reader

chapter one 

   "i'm coming!" you yelped as you trip over the outside door frame. the moving van is outside, next to your mothers silver truck. as your mom walks to you, trying to help you get up, you see a "person?" on top of a humongous building. you get up and wipe your knees while trying to look back up to the building. once your able to set your eyesight back onto the top of the building, the figure is gone.

   you grab all 3 of your bags and put them into the moving van. your mother, m/n, hired two men to drive the van to your new house. your dad, d/n, worked away from home. so he was home one week out of the month.

   "hurry now, sweetie," said your mother.
you hopped into the front seat of the truck, and y'all drove off.

   you were only moving a few hours away from your "old house," because it had better schools.

during the drive, you tried to stay awake, but ended up falling asleep about 30 minutes after yall started driving. you awoke to a jerking of the car, but it was just your mother stopping at a stop light.

    on the radio, was playing "Do I Wanna Know?" by arctic monkeys. The song was on a very low volume so you could hear everything going on outside the truck. about 15 minutes from arriving to the new house you heard a joking voice. you looked out of the side mirror and saw someone running behind the cars. you quickly turned your head trying to see out of the back of the truck. then, you saw another person, this time in mostly red run behind the truck. "Y/N? what are you looking at?" blurted your mom. "nothing, i just thought i saw something." you said. she turned back to the red light, seeing it had just turned green, and started driving again.

     you fell back asleep, still wondering about those red and black figures. wondering if they were the famous "ladybug & chat noir" you heard about of tv.

     finally, you and your mom got to the new house. it was brick, one story, and the most noticeable thing, at least to you, was the gray shutter over one of the room windows. the moving van still hadn't arrived to the house yet, so you and your mom went into the house to "explore". your room just happened to be the one with that gray stutter on it.

   after staying in the house and looking around of about forty-five minutes you walked outside, confused about why the moving van was taking so long. once you stepped out you were utterly shocked.
