After about 10 minutes I pull up to my flat. "Just breathe." I whisper to myself as I step out of my car. I walk to the front door and contemplate on If I should knock or just go in.

I decide on knocking. I softly knock on the door because it is later in the night and I don't want to scare her.

"Just a minute." I hear Eleanor shout from inside.

I close my eyes as if I'm bracing for impact. You can do this Lou. You have too.

The door opens and Eleanor is standing there in her pajamas. "Lou, what are you doing back?"

"I need to talk to you." I sigh.

Eleanor shifts uncomfortably. "Okay what's up Lou?"

This is it. "When I first met you, I was in an awful place, and you helped me through and for that I will forever be grateful. With that being said, as time went on I should've had realized sooner that our connection was no more than friendly." I breathe.

Eleanor looks away from me and wipes her eyes. I feel absolutely terrible right now.

"Wow. I mean I can't say I'm completely shocked. Apart of me feels like we rushed into things and I think I just got caught up in wanting this fairy tale relationship that I didn't pay attention to reality." Eleanor says.

Holy shit. Are we really agreeing on breaking up right now?

"El, I'm so, so sorry. Seriously, I am complete shit. I should've said something sooner."

"Better late than never, I guess." she mumbles.

"Can I ask you something?" El says.

"Yea."

"Is there someone else?"

Shit. Well I'm on this streak of honestly might as well-kept going.

"Um...yeah. It's H-Harry." I stutter.

"So you're still in love with your ex?"

"I... I guess you could say that."

"Well, If he makes you happy then you have to
go for it Lou. I hope it works out." Eleanor half smiles.

"Thank you, El. Genuinely." I say.

"I should probably go call my mom. I'll see you around I guess."

"Yea, yea of course. I kinda live here so." I laugh.

"Right bye Idiot." She laughs and goes back inside.

That went incredibly well if I do say so myself. She is truly amazing. I wish I could've been the one for her, but my heart just isn't there.

I get back in my car and pull out of my driveway. "Time for your next mission Louis." I say in my best secret agent voice.

"Hey Siri, Call Niall."
