So this has nothing to do with Umbrella Academy, but it has something to do with Elliot Page. Lemme explain...
Elliot Page posted a picture on Instagram of him holding a sign that said "Protect Trans Kids" and his caption talked about how Tennessee, Mississippi, and other states are very trans-phobic.
And so, I started doing research on trans-phobia as well as homophobia and found the following pictures disturbing and I honestly hate the stats of these. I'm not blaming any states, just the government that allows this to happen.
These puberty blockers and bans and acts completely violate our unalienable rights as humans.
From what I've gathered so far, it seems that Mississippi and Kansas are probably one of the most anti-LGBTQ+ states in the US and California and New York are the most pro-LGBTQPIA+ states in the nation.
I personally find these rates disturbing and annoying as fuck.
I'm also currently pissed that Pennsylvania is neither pro or anti-LGBTQPIA+
