Magnus POV

I was just chilling in my house. Alone. Yeah it been years but I still missed my mom. She was my whole world you know. It almost 6pm I guess I should make myself something things to eat. I made some pasta and sat watching tv.

Then I remembered something my mom had said.
"Magnus if you ever feel alone just remember that your soulmate is out there"
"Really mommy"
"Yep and if you write something on yourself your soulmate might respond"
"That so cool"

I think to myself what the heck. The worst is that they don't respond and that that. So I write down on my arm.
"Hi I'm Magnus your soulmate and shit"
I really didn't think anyone would respond. So I continue to watch TV until I noticed my arm was green.
"Truly poetic words there Magnus"
Holy shit. I decided to respond back duh.
"So does my soulmate have a name or is it just soulmate"
"Haha very funny. It Alex, just an FYI I'm a girl right now"
"What do you mean right now"
"I'm genderfluid"
"Wow that really cool"
"Cool?"
"Well yeah you can go into any bathroom you want"
"Lol wtf. You're something else aren't you"
"What that supposed to mean"
"Gtg but it was really nice to talk to someone who gets it"

"Thank you, you have no idea how much that means to me. Also yes I am still human"

And that was the end of our first conversation. But you can bet it wasn't our last. Alex was by far the best person ever, we could talk about everything from my 💩 hotel job to Alex new hair dye. Times were good. We talked everyday. We even have each other address. All to say that we are super close without even having seen each other face to face. I also knew that Alex had a lot of family problems and I always tried to cheer her up.

*time skip because I have no other way transitioning from one scenes to an another*

So here I was chilling by a nice warm fire listening to the rain outside and the occasional crackle of the fire. When I look at my arm and a message from Alex.
"Hey are you home by any chance"
"Yeah why"
No response until five minutes later. I hear a knock at the door. It can't be Alex he live in Mexico. But sure enough there he was soaking wet.
"Um... Magnus chase right"
"Alex?! Oh my something. Come on in go sit at the fire" and Alex did just that putting his 3 bags next to him. I sit near as I hand him a towel.
"Thanks"
"Dude what are you doing here I thought you lived in Mexico"
"I do I mean did. Can we not get talk about this ok" I knew something was definitely wrong but I know people and sometimes you just got to let things go.
"Ok. Well can I say one thing"
"What"
"You are fucking hot"
"Shut up you butt" he punch me in the arm.
"And your not so bad either" all I could was stare. His eyes they were full of pain and hope. I don't know why I did this but I kissed him. And he kissed back there was nothing but pure love between us. Eventually we pulled apart you because air and shit.
"Wow Magnus that more than what I dreamed it would be"
"You dreamed of kissing me"
"Maybe a little but I'm tired anywhere I can take a shower and go to bed"
"I'll show you"

"So this where you'll sleep and I'll take the couch"
"Wait no I saw there was another bedroom why don't I just sleep in there"
"Because it was my mom room and I can't" that when I started crying yay infront of someone special again yay.
"Hey hey dude it ok it ok we can just share your bed ok"
"Ok"

I lie awake because I was sharing my bed with Alex who was already asleep best night ever. Alex and I saw how peaceful he looks in that moment and my heart raced. Then I died Alex nudge closer and rested his head on my chest. Nope nope nope too cute aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Alex was so comfortable that I just fell asleep with him warp up in my arms.
