Tempest Barrage: Hydroid can target an area and call upon a barrage of liquid fury.
Tidal Surge: Hydroid covers his body in water and dashes through enemies.
Undertow: Hydroid becomes a water trap and can potentially drown unsuspecting enemies.
Tentacle Swarm: Hydroid calls upon his allies from the deep and summons a swarm of tentacles to wreak havoc.
Izuku will use all these abilities at some point.
