Okokok- so, imma be working on a irumatsu cuddle oneshot soon but idk how i want it to go so for now, take pregame headcanons/how I think pregame characters are like. Maybe some ship scenarios too, idk. And I deeply apologize to any Kiibo stans.

Shuichi:
-emotionless mf (actually has emotions but doesn't show them)
-skips class each day
-needs to touch grass so bad
-danganronpa simp
-makes fanmade executions
-HARDCORE MULTISHIPPER
-headcanons LOTS of characters as trans

Kaito:
-meanest mf ever
-bullies people with kokichi
-is known as a ladies man but is bi with a male lean (def had a crush on shuichi or kokichi)
-all of the popular girls are obsessed with him
-another hardcore danganronpa fan
-COMFORT SHIP IS ISHIMONDO

Kokichi:
-acts innocent and soft 24/7 but is really an asshole
-omnisexual king (male lean)
-dating angie or miu
-loves pranking people with angie
-danganronpa = life
-had a huge crush on byakuya, junko, and celeste
-cried at mukuro's death

Kaede:
-legit so mean towards people she hates
-good with teamwork

Miu:

Korekiyo:

-was really nice just had a terrifying look

Kiibo:
-on a scale of mean from 1/10 I'd say he's a 8.5
-he looks friendly but will laugh at a spelling mistake u made
-annoying ass mf with annoying ass jokes
-has the worst fashion sense but makes fun of ur outfit

-wants to marry kyoko
-ships only straight ships except for ishimondo, sakuraoi, and tokomaru

Kirumi:
-school nerd stereotype
-"no u cant borrow a pencil, u should've brought ur own"
-is seriously nice but seems like a bitch
-mega cocky and stubborn
-nagito kinnie
-pansexual, again
-sonia simp
-"i dont ship naegami but I respect"

Tsumugi (if she wasnt the mastermind):
-no cuz she's super super nice she's just really dumb
-too apologetic, it really gets annoying
-makes the "I can't add 2+2" joke slot but sometimes that's true
-best headcanons and best ships
-can thoroughly explain every character's backstory
-no cuz she ships every ship that isn't toxic
-"twobuki is toxic!" she would the proceed to explain why it isnt and show everyone this picture

Shironaga:
-since tsumugi is legit so obsessed with the game, angie likes to draw tsumugi's OC'S
-angie draws all of tsumugi's favorite ships and they rant about them 24/7

Gontaguuji:
-after the two finally realizing their feelings for eachother, they both flirt with eachother but neither catches on
-they love to talk about their favorite ships and they get so involved that they dont realize that they started cuddling

Oumami:
-kokichi gets really jealous anytime one of the other girls flirts with rantaro so he makes fun of them
-rantaro is always the one to hold back kokichi in a fight so when kokichi breaks down, rantaro hold his close

Ounaga:
-"hey kokichi, ur girlfriend is really sexy. ur so lucky!" kokichi proceeds to punch the man
-angie draws little comics of hers and kokichi's dates with eachother

Kirumaki:
-make out sessions after school but right after that its cuddles and studying
-"break up with ur gf so I can date her" kirumi would then diss them so hard that they run off crying

Saimota:
-kaito would spot shuichi on the roof one day, staring off into space. he'd then drag shuichi places and their bond would grow bigger
-shuichi being made fun of? kaito would be on the spot, beating the shit out of the culprit

Saimaki:
-"how did u even get with her?" shuichi would watch as maki told them off
-if people are forcing maki to get with kaito, maki would grab shuichi by his collar and kiss him

Tenmiko:
-tenko would sit with crossed legs as himiko sat in her lap with her arms crossed, pouting and blushing
-tenko would scream at any guy trying to flirt with himiko

Kiiboshi:
-kiibo: "can u show emotion for once?"
ryoma: "I'll show emotion when you stop being an asshole"
kiibo: "fair point, now come here" kiibo would them proceed to hold ryoma closely
-makes fun of eachother appearance but then apologizes when one of them gets deeply hurt

Rantaro X Ryoma:
-rantaro would confess his feelings and ryoma would jokingly accept but then realize he actually has feelings as well
-the girls who kissed rantaro would laugh at ryoma then rantaro would make fun of them in return

Irumatsu:
-cuddles at any change they got
-miu would get upset at being made fun of for dating kaede then kaede would go to beat up the bully
