Ok this is obvious. The official color of Jilly is violet. Not brown violet. That'd be weird. It's violet. Because Jax has violet eyes that Gilly loves to stare into. Plus Gilly has a streak of purple hair and violet is a shade of purple. What if Jocelyn purposely gave Gilly a PURPLE streak because Jax's eye color is PURPLE. Well a shade of purple. And that was the second book so she probably shipped them. I just LOVE Jocelyn especially right then. Jax's eye color is violet. Gilly keeps complaining about her purple hair but she doesn't know we use the streak for ship reasons. I mean come on. I'm sure we all thought that at some point. I don't know if Jocelyn knows what she did but I think Jocelyn is a Jilly shipper at heart. Which is why I'm making her ship them like crazy in The Jilly Files.
