I know I have already told you some things about protective styling in in between lengths, but I would like to give you a more in depth explanation of what protective styling is. So I dedicated a whole chapter to it. I hope you enjoy. As the to title suggest you will be protecting your mostly from breakage and gaining length at the same time. I had some examples in the chapter in between lengths so you can go check those out but I will also be listing some here. You can do box braids. Check out journey to waist length's channel for more information on box braids. I think that that box braids are really cute. Here is another style you can do, it is called puffy twists. They are my favorite of all. I recommend those to every natural that ever lived. It is so cute but so sophisticated. Let me explain in depth what protective styling is. It is to protect your hair from what ever dangers are there that will cause breakage. When you do protective styling you want to try not to manipulate your hair too much because that can cause breakage. Especially try not to touch the ends of your hair because it tends to be extra dry. Thank you and this is all for protective styling. I will post another chapter on protective styling but probably not any time soon. Bye
