you flung the door open and yelled, " i'm home children! "
christian turned around from his spot at the table and then laughed.
you ran to him and have him a tight hug.
" hey crit where's your brother? " you teased him with the nickname.
" in his room. " he replied, ruffling up your hair.
" asshole. " you jokingly said and ran to daniel's room.
you knocked on his door and opened it right before he could say come in.
" sup seavey. " you jumped on the bed next to him.
" hi there. " he chuckled.
" whatcha doin' " you questioned, stretching out the ' o ' .
" absolutely nothing, i'm very much bored. " he rolled onto his stomach to face you.
" oh my gosh same! that's why i came over to annoy you. " you winked.
little did you know, he was actually so in love with you that there was no way you could do anything to annoy him.
" you could never annoy me, i love you too much. " he replied with a sudden confidence.
" i love you too bud " you smiled, thinking he meant as friends.
" no y/n. i mean i'm in love with you. " he said, finally being brutally honest.
you lifted yourself up and turned to him.
" are you serious? " you asked, a slight blush creeping onto your face.
" yeah. " he grabbed your hand.
" i'm in love with you too. " you said.
you couldn't believe that after having a crush on your best friend for almost 2 years you'd finally admitted your feelings.
" i'll make you a deal. i'll take you on a date and if i impress you, you'll be my girlfriend. " he said with a slight tone of nervousness in his voice.
" deal. " you replied and kissed his cheek.

the next day he texted you with the details.
you wore wearing a simple light blue dress.
at 5 p.m. he stopped outside your house.
" you look beautiful y/n. " he complimented you, making you blush.
" you don't look to bad yourself, seavey. " you replied giving him a hug.
after a short drive you ended up at the beach.
you walked further down the beach to a little spot between the rocks.
there, you saw the picnic that daniel had set up.
" oh my gosh, daniel it's beautiful. " you locked eyes with him and you both smiled at one another.
" i'm glad you like it. " he said as he helped you sit down.
for the next 2 hours you guys talked, had some food and took a walk down the beach.

you drove the few minutes back to your house.
of course, he opened the car door for you and walked up to the porch with you.
" so, did i impress you? " he asked holding your hand in his.
" you sure did. " you replied.
he cupped the side of your face and pulled you in for a kiss.
