If there was a thing that was a fact in Tomura's world, it was the fact he hated people, They smiled when they weren't happy, Would be nice at face value then turn around and talk about how gross he looked. Saying things they don't mean and expecting him to understand the fact they didn't mean it. Growing up all the adults telling him to look them in the eyes, Greet these people you don't know, be polite why would you say that what is wrong with you. Tomura hated people, he hated adults, even though legally he was one himself, so the fact he was both a person and an adult just fueled his self-hatred. Everyone lies, everyone keeps things deep down and explodes them onto people who they believe are below them, turning a blind eye to the horrors of this world.
That's why Tomura would much rather stay put in his apartment, only going out at night when there were fewer people. But even seeing the look of shook on the cashiers face when he finally looked up to see his face was enough for Tomura to stay put in his room for the next week, HIs room, his space, the one area of his life where he could just feel relaxed and calm, except when he heard them talking of people on the street laughing as if the world wasn't slowly dying around them. Or the sounds of the train going by, a bunch of businessmen packed in like a train cart like a bunch of sardines ignoring the needs of their family and working overtime for no good reason other than the invincible social stigma that took control over them. Why would he want to leave his room for that horrible life?
Now Tomura was kept up in his room with the lights down low, and staring at a computer screen writing out lines of code for someone who couldn't figure out how to make this program work, what a pleb he thought as he continued to type it out, hopefully with the money this guy sent him he could buy that new video game when you beat all your other video games three times you start to want something new. After fixing up the spaghetti code this person sent him he emailed it back to the person. A notification popping up saying the money had been transferred popped up. Tomura stretched his arms above his head and cricked his neck, bending over like a shrimp on your computer for 6 hours, And it now being two in the morning was the perfect time to go grab something to eat, hopefully, there would be something on sale.
Grabbing his black hoodie and putting a mask on to cover his face, he headed out grabbing a trash bag on the way out, he tossed it in the bin and headed down, thankfully there was no one on the street, he kept his head towards the ground as he pushed open the door and walked in.
"Welcome in." He heard a female voice, couldn't have been a high school graduate, did the bastard who ran this place not have any sense of danger or a high school girl could have worked the night shift here, not his problem just get what you need and leave, he thought. He grabbed what he needed for a late-night dinner and placed it on the counter taking his wallet out, she must have gotten a look at his face, and grabbed everything and was fumbling to put everything in the bag, and handing him back his change
"Here you go." She said
"....you gave me the wrong change," Tomura said, and her face looked like he just said he killed her or something.
"I'm-i'm sorry, here," she said fumbling
"You gave me too much now," Tomura said placing the correct change down and leaving, she wouldn't probably tell her friends the next day about how this scary guy came in late to her job.
You were up late as well but for another reason, you were looking through your emails when you got a new email from someone named Hana Shimura.
Hello
I heard this program may be able to help my younger brother, I haven't been in contact with him since out dad kicked him out when he was a teenager, all I know is that he has been locked up in an apartment and hasn't been out anywhere in the last year, I'm too ashamed to see him right now since I didn't do anything and I don't think he would want to see me. I'm worried about him, can you please message me back as soon as possible
Thank you
Hello Hana
Thank you for your message, you say your brother had been kicked out by your father as a teenager and is living on his own now and hasn't left his apartment for about a year.
Hello (name)
Yes, All I know as of now is that he leaves maybe once every couple of days to get food, he has a lot of stuff delivered now, I'm starting to worry and I don't have much money right now, and our father doesn't want anything to do with him now, I don't know what else to do or who to reach out to.
Too Hana
Hana, there is no need to blame yourself, Family matters can be very complicated, I will more than be happy to check on your brother and try to help him, I have three different plans, The three-month plan, six-month plan, and the one year plan, We can start off with a six-month plan if you like, I'd visit him for one hour each day for six months.
Too (name)
That sounds great. All I ask is that you keep it a secret that I asked for this service, I need to keep it from our father, when do you think you can start seeing him?
Too Hana
No need to worry I can keep this under wraps and send you updates, I can see him starting tomorrow, I will just need his address and the payment upfront.
Too (name)
Thank you so much here is his address (address link), and I'll send the payment over now, please be patient with him, Tomura didn't leave the house in a good way and our father never was a patience man with him growing up. He had my brother change his name so please refer to him as Tomura Shigaraki.
Too (Hana)
No need to worry it can take a while to build trust and I have been doing this for five years, I will help you and your brother.
