Okay i kinda dissapeared for a little while cause my life suddenly got crazy and busy af, but im back now! Enjoy chapter 5!

'Yaayyy sleepover!'

'You've been around Gojo too much y/n'

'Im just going to ignore that Megs. So what movie do you want to watch?'

Im having a sleepover with megumi like old times. When he was younger and we just moved in with Satoru he went over to my room a lot and we'd have sleepovers together. He'd also sleep with me if he was having a nightmare and till recently he's still done that when he has a bad dream though it doesn't happen often anymore. He would definitely kill me if i told anyone this.

'You can choose'

'Freeguy'

'Okay ill put it on'

Megumi put on the movie and sat down next to me on his bed. I grabbed some of the snacks i had gotten us and the movie started.

We had a small bathroom break.

'Ryan reynolds is soo cool! Hes like... the best actor out there'

'I mean... i don't disagree'

'Satoru disagrees with me and is like iM BeTteR tHAn RyAN ReYNoLdS... no Satoru. Noone is better than Ryan reynolds'

Megumi just started laughing.

'Whats so funny young man?'

'Just you making fun of Gojo sensei. And the entire discussion you had with him about Ryan Reynolds'

We then heard knocking on the door.

'Its open'

A concerned Nobara and Yuji walked in.

'We think we heard Fushiguro laughing, is everything okay?'

'...'

'Im a human too you know. I have human emotions'

'You never laugh, barely even smile'

'Just did'

Nobara and Yujis eyes widened. There was no way... no, impossible... Megumi Fushiguro

Laughing?!

The both of them gasped.

'He must have eaten something bad and gotten sick or something!'

'Don't worry guys im just really funny'

'Oh okay then... bye!'

They left and after that we just continued the movie.

Our movie had ended and i was cleaning the bowls and glasses we used for our drinks and snacks. Most of the stuff was disposable but a bit of it wasn't. Megumi was busy setting up a game we were going to play.

'Hey there pretty lady'

'What do you want idiot'

'I was just getting something to drink'

'Oh... well go get it then'

Satoru rolled his eyes. After grabbing a drink from the fridge he walked up to me and hugged me from behind while i was doing dishes.

'I missed you'

'Sure you did'

'Its true y/n, you don't believe me? Even though we've known eachother for so long'

'I believe you. You're just an idiot that keeps going on really long business trips and stuff all the time'

'Well i can't help that the world needs my awesomeness'

'Duddeee'

'Cmoonnn y/n just admit that im the best'

'Nah... besides, imma go back to Megs now cause im done with the dishes'

I turned around to face Satoru.

'Can i co-'

'Not a chance. You are not interupting my mama and son time'

I booped his nose while sayimg that. He then pulled me into his chest and put his head on top of mine, hugging me tightly. I could've sworn i felt him plant a kiss on top of my head.

'Okaayyy, go have fun with Megumi now'

I went back to Megumi's room and we played the game he had set up for us. After that we decided it was time for us to sleep. Like old times i cuddled him, or more like he cuddled me. Hes gotten so big now.... they grow up so fast. I still remember old times where he'd sometimes fell asleep in my arms while i was reading to him. He would always wake up when i tried to bring him back to his room and ask me if he could sleep with me. He might be getting a little old for it but it just makes me really happy thinking about back when he was really small.

As for how Megumi feels about it, he doesn't mind. He loves his mom. And he knows she loves him. She loves him more than anything else.

And thats how they fell asleep. Next to the person most precious to them.

Love has such a wide variety of meaning.

I walked toward the door with my head down. I felt horrible. I opened the door for Satoru. He saw me with my eyes swollen and red. In all honesty, i looked and was a complete mess. Satoru definitely could tell i had been crying.

'Shit.... what's wrong y/n?"

'....'

'Y/n... what happened?'

'....'

'Y/n... can i do anything for you?'

'I- its just some problems with Megumi... lets go inside'

After going inside Satoru sat me down on the couch and made me a hot cup of chocolate milk. He then sat down next to me and pulled me into him.

'You know you can tell me anything right?'

'Yeah... but its not really anything special. Don't worry about it'

'Y/n... you can tell me even the small stuff. But still, this doesn't look like nothing special'

I sighed. He's right.

'Its just... Megumi kinda.... he....'

I started to sniffle a little.

'Hey it's okay. Im here for you'

'I know. Thank you. Its just, he said i wasn't his real mom and would never be his real mom. And he is absolutely right. Its pretty stupid of me to cry over something thats always been there and always been true right?'
