We shut the car doors and walked up the large, long stair case. I start running up sliding my hand up the railing with Wilbur doing the same following behind. We have such a good brother relationship! Techno and Phil walk up the staircase talking and laughing. We open the door to see an office like lady tells us to come up. "Hello! I'm guessing your Tommy?" I ran up to the desk nodding and smiling. "Well Happy Birthday Tommy! Now, are you ready to get your compass?" she said putting her hands on the back of my hands that are resting on the counter. "Now Tommy, you have to take care of this because this is the only one you are getting, okay?" The lady who's name seems to be named Alyssa.
"Alyssa, I promise to NEVER loose the compass!" "That's what I like to here Tommy!" She smiled at me and went behind into the safe and looked for my last name to get my compass. I started bouncing up and down slightly getting very excited! "Tommy calm down!" Phil said placing his hand on my shoulder laughing.
"Oh Tommy! Look what I got!" Alyssa came out holding my compass in one hand! I can't lie, I almost started crying! I was so happy! "Now Tommy remember, keep this safe" Alyssa said giggling and handing me the compass. "I Will Alyssa, don't you worry I said smiling"!
"Thanks Alyssa, I appreciate it" Phil said smiling and waving. We all walk out of the building silently. "Well big man, you ready to head home?" Techno says ruffling my hair. Yea Techno, I'm quite tired and it's also almost 6 and I'm so tired.
When I get home I still have to back my bag for school the next day!
And maybe... My soulmate will be there!
