[TW- A bit of Self Harming]
[The title rhymes :D Anyways, we getting the Russian Federation in here now cuz I found the animatic and I got the idea XD]
Option 1:
The Russian Federation, a quite bad Federation for Russia to handle without being hurt somehow whether it was physically or mentally, was just a hallucination to Russia. Yeah, the Russian Federation was real, though he could be seen just by Russia, so basically nobody exactly knew what was getting Russia to self harm and attempt suicide. It was just a guess that it was trauma causing the problems. What was odd though was that Russia had often picked fights though never had agreed to talk about certain stuff. About a day ago Russia had started coughing up blood for come reason so you were told to keep an eye on him. Though one day Russia had started coughing up blood while scribbling some on a paper. Once you had gotten to Russia Russia had looked over to you before getting up. "Get to the bathroom and spit out the blood in the sink, make sure to wash it down" you had said and made Russia go to the bathroom and to the sink. You looked to the paper Russia was scribbling on, only to see the words "Help me" repeatedly on the paper, everywhere on the paper. By then you knew he was in some sort of danger. What do you do?

You opened the folded paper only to see "Help me" written on the paper. You looked up and over to Russia with a confused look though Russia only shook his head as a response. What do you do?
