˖ ִ ་ ✸ 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗. there was a point in time hyeon and namjoon thought they wouldn't work well together in a group because of the simple fact they couldn't get along over how namjoon believed her people skills were bad and hyeon refusing to let it go. eventually after some more bickering they realized that they would have to soon let it go for the sake of the soon-to-be group, which they somewhat did?
a few years into debuting the two started to work on songs together, whether they liked it or not, they knew it would eventually have to happen. however, something not expected was for namjoon to gain stronger feelings for hyeon than he originally had. he could admit there was something about her he always liked about the girl, but because of the way the two bickered he didn't think anything of it until now.
hyeon on the other hand didn't know what to think of the boy. they were friends now, sure, but there was nothing else there up until a moment they shared working together. a late night where hyeon had felt an odd comfort in the leader which started to make her look at him a different way. a question then started to go through her mind: did she like the leader? it was only until namjoon decided to get his feelings off his chest that she knew the answer to her question.
from then on the two deciding on becoming a couple. the bickering still lasted here and there, but the connection from the couple was stronger than ever.. oddly. looking past the awkwardness they had to overcome, they came out sorta cute.
˖ ִ ་ ✸ 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗬𝗘𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦. confusing each other, yelling in english, arguing like a old couple, the height difference, sharing lyrics they wrote, painting together, messing with each other's hands, dimple smiles, wearing each other's accessories, namjoon taking hyeon to museums, them sharing their dislike over mint chocolate, singing/rapping their favorite lyrics together, hyeon becoming flustered over namjoon's compliments, namjoon's dog liking hyeon more than him
