"I don't care what Miguel says you're taking the rest of the day off you need some time with your family!"  Czarina tells Marcus as soon as they enter the Escalade and take their respected seats Marcus chuckles softly and she looks at him which makes him laugh she smiles and he smiles back then feels her slide her hand over his thigh and hears her whisper "I love you!"  he replies "I love you too"  she says "and you're not as dark as you think you are! you're just scared of what's to come, you hate not knowing things and I'm sorry I kept what I kept from you I never should have done that!"  he cups the hand that lays on his thigh lifts it up and kisses the back of it then says "I understand why you did it mi amor"  she says "that doesn't excuse what I did! and it was a stupid reason! and I should have told you I'm always telling people we have no secrets and yet I kept one from you!"  he smiles then says "you told me eventually and you weren't putting anyone's life in danger you were helping them!"  she smiles then shakes her head and says "come on the kids miss you!"  he replies with a smile "I miss them too!"  she says "I'll drive you home"  he chuckles he had forgotten what she rode up on when she met him at Miguel's "no.... I'll drive!"  he replies her smile grows.... Czarina felt Marcus relax as he rode his Road King home and it made her smile she hugs him just a little tighter and felt him place one of his hands over hers that were wrapped around his chest instead of his waist for she truly wanted to hug him "properly" throughout this ride "if you don't mind I think we'll take the long way home"  Marcus says "of course the kids will be there when we get there and Esai's there so we know they're safe"  she replies and he smiles for he knew out of everyone in his life her and the kids would never leave him again Marcus of course changed his mind about taking the long way home he missed his children way too much so he just went faster in a hurry to get home and he smiles when he hears Czarina softly chuckle as he speeds home as fast as his Harley would allow him to surprisingly enough without getting pulled over and when they got home the children rushed towards him ignoring the woman they see all day everyday unless they were in school or sleeping which made Czarina chuckle and the rest of the day became all about daddy, the children and mommy for Esai took the pups with him to his and Izella's Santo Padre home for the night and the rest of the night became all about bringing the light back into Marcus' world of darkness making it shine brighter than it ever has for it was nothing but having fun with his children and wife who cooked him supper so he could have some time just him and the kids for he knew they had already eaten the kids even got to stay up later than usual on a school night thanks to their daddy needing them so badly and because mommy said they could for daddy's sake they had a campfire, made smores and did some late night swimming which helped tire them out even more and the night ended with Czarina snuggled up to her husband as they fell asleep no there was no lovemaking this night but it wasn't needed or surprisingly wanted Marcus was contently happy with a simple snuggle and a few kisses and he even fell asleep with a smile on his face which he didn't think would have happened tonight especially with the reports he's been getting from the other Charters about what Bishop is turning his Club into and Miguel finding out about the tire tracks that HE had found then the order to kill a Mayan he has come to think of as a son in some respects even though he wasn't happy the young man had lied to him he liked to believe that he understood the young mans reasons for lying after all love makes people do stupid things maybe it was wrong for him to not tell Miguel about the tire tracks but it's also too late to take it all back and he still stands behind his decision despite the fact that it could have been wrong he didn't want to think about how Czarina scared him today but she's right no matter what Miguel would never hurt her for she would never betray anyone she loves unless they do her and her family wrong and so far.... to Marcus' knowledge.... Miguel has yet to completely do that they both know how lost in his own darkness that boy who tries to be a man is.... though that's not an excuse either....
