Too bitter to forget
Those who loved you dearly
Are the ones who can't forget.
We often think about you
And think how you left
To think you couldn't say good bye
Before you closed your eyes.
You suffered so much pain
But made sure we didn't see it
While we were glad you were fine
You were no longer in our lives.
Our family chain is broken
Nothing seems the same
But our trust in God is there
That we will meet you once again.
