japan, 2017

yuta just had left two years prior, yua was an emotional wreck, she had naru and her niece but yuta was her best friend

now here she was crying to yuta thinking her life was over, "ryuo kissed mio right in front of me knowing damn well i liked her"

"ryuo? as in your best friend? he kissed her?" yuta asked confusingly, "and guess what"

yuta hummed, "he fucking told everyone that i was bisexual, word got around and they called the birth givers"

yuta was angry, he knew that yua wasn't comfortable revealing her newly found sexuality

ryuo out of anybody should know that, he was her childhood friend since they were 10

"my life is done for yuta, i don't know what to do" she sobbed, "pick your head up, you don't need ryuo to hell with him"

"you don't get it, you know how they are", "don't be scared, you always have naru and you can always come to korea and stay with me"

yua sniffles nodding to his words, "now i got to go, keep me update oldie" yuta chuckles

"best two minutes of my life" she joked before they ended the call

"yua?" she heard a knock on her door, "its just me naru let me in", yua got up and turned her door to be faced with her oldest sister

"why are you crying yua?" naru softly asked, lim sure you know already" naru quickly came to yua's comfort

"then why are you so worried? i still love you doesn't matter who you love man or woman you're still you", "you already know how they're going to react though" yua sighed being upset with herself

"you can always move in with naiko and i, naiko would love having her aunty around", "maybe that isn't so bad"

"stop crying, we got a dinner to attend"

nervously coming to the dinner table it was silent almost to silent, thats was interrupted by their so called father

"we didn't raise you to be like that", yua felt her appetite disappear along with naru who wasn't having anything that night

"thats exactly it, you didn't raise her" naru scoffed, "naruki, you don't speak to your father like that" their mother finally spoke up

"don't call me by that" naru snapped

we're sending you to korea" her parents announced
out of the blue

"we found a good therapist to help you with your problem" their mom said lowly

naru was beyond her point

"a therapist for what problems?" she spat out, "you know naru" their dad said

"what why? is it because she's fucking bisexual! so what if she is, she is still your daughter"

"no daughter would be this disgraceful" their dad yelled back at naru, "you drove away yuta, now your fucking sending away yua? whats wrong with you"

their dad seemed to have enough of the conversation and slapped naru

naru scoffed, "thats all you can do?, slap me to shut up? why just why are you so shitty this is why none of us fucking love you piece of no good parents" she stormed off

"you'll be finishing your studies then heading off to korea, we already set up your first appointment" her father said not bothered by naru's lash out

yua was just slient, her heart was breaking by the second, had she just got disowned indeed she did

forwarding to korea, she threw away her old phone only keeping contact with naru

she didn't want yuta to worry about her, she didn't need to be a burden to anyone else

as for therapy, she only went to one session but then after never again. yua didn't feel like anything was wrong with her, through these years she built herself up and there was no way anyone was breaking it down

learning how to love herself was hard, learning a new language was hard but that was life nothing was easy, it never plays your way so you need to learn how to play with it.

yua does have a lot of family problems but so did taeyong, never knowing his parents he was raised by his older sister taeyoo

he missed her greatly, she'd always lecture him on the girls he used to meet, she hated most of them but it was for the better

he loved his children, raising them well, teaching them about respect and not to rush into things

while also trying to adjust by having 3 teenagers in his life, also teaching them the things taeyoo wanted

but having everyone fighting against him sucked

"no we want the boys!" his so called mom said, "and what leave them in the house alone?" taerin scoffed

"taeyoo would've wanted us to take care of them anyways", "wrong! taeyoo always left them with taeyong why do you expect that you could take care of them when you barely took care of us?"

"taerin thats enough" their dad said, "no im not taking of this shit either, i already have kids, i have enough rooms, i can take the boys"

the poor lawyer was just sitting there but at the end of it, he thought that taeyong was a better choice

"both points have been made but im sorry i made my decision and taeyong is a better fit"

"he's home full time with his own children and when he's not he has taerin to watch them"

their parents were bitter, and filed for a lawsuit thats how taeyong found himself in the court room with his friends for support

"your honor, my son is unfit to be a dad, he already has to much children who he's barely home with"

thats a lie, he was home with them more than he was at the bars even then they'll be with taerin at their own homes

"if he adds three more what would he even think of my grandchildren? adding more to the family?"

the judge was bewildered, she already knew everything but seeing the way taeyong's own parents would turn against him so quickly she was disgusted

"okay taeyong your statement?", "your honor, i am home with my kids when i don't have work, when i do they're either at daycare then picked up by my sister or their uncles"

"im perfectly fit to be a father of my nephews, their older and wiser, a perfect example for my kids. i watched them when they were younger when taeyoo would go to work"

sooner or later it was just back and forth and the judge has made her decision

"in the children of taeyoo, lee vs lee, lee taeyong and taerin have won this case court dismissed"

and with the banging sound taeyong was relived
he finally won something against his parents.
