LIKE MOST OF HER NIGHTS (and now honestly days as well) Scarlett spent them at the Cameron house. Especially after the... event that was last night's party, she just really wasn't in the mood for going back to an almost empty house.
Of course, she wouldn't have been completely alone, there was always the 'staff.' Scarlett felt weird even calling them that, but her father insisted, saying they were on his payroll as the Hall house staff, so that's what he'll call them, but it never fully felt right to the blonde girl. Even now where they kinda felt more like her family than her actual parents.
Now, it wasn't like there was a huge amount of like fifty people living there, they weren't that rich, c'mon now. It was only a couple of people.
There was Lisa, who had been their family's housekeeper since Scarlett was around three years old. She really loved the older woman and always felt weird about Lisa cooking for and cleaning up after her given how close they were, but as her father would say 'that's what I pay her for.'
Some of her earliest and fondest memories had Lisa in them. From the older woman attempting (emphasis on attempting...) to teaching her how to cook, Scarlett getting her to teach her British slang and even curse words... let's just say ten year old Scarlett really had a blast with that last part.
