The chapter start from naira opening the door but as soon as she did it with a bouquet in her hand , she was shocked to the core : the designer was none other than Mihir Kapoor.
Seeing Mihir Kapoor Naira was numb moreover expressionless. All the flashes of that dreadful night where kartik questioned her , all the moments she spent with kairav in goa , all her difficulties and how she and kairav lived without his father and his love 'Kartik' came in front of her eyes but like other days she plastered a fake smile on her face .she never wanted that because of her and kartik's past the present and the future of the goenka business to end .She give him a bouquet and welcomed him .
"Hello naira kafi time baad mile hum Aur kaisi hai aap and aur appke husband mr. goenka ?" said Mihir with smile .
"mr. kapoor i am fine and i really do think that you and papa should invest in our business ",said naira with dull voice .
"and what about mr kartik where is he ?",said mihir looking here and there in the house
while all the goenka's got teary eyed , naira was trying hard not to well up in tears while there was silence in the goenka villa but mihir instead of being confused he was smirking which no one noticed . finally manish breaking up the silence spoke;
"actualy beta katik..he..i..ss.no..mo.ree",said manish with his voice cracking . while swarna kept her hand on manish's shoulder indicating him not to cry.
"ohh i am so sorry for your loss especially yours naira",said mihir but his face was not showing sadness.
"i think we should all go inside",said naira stopping her tears
"Naira I think aapko mujhse mil kar khushi nahi huyi", said Mihir suspiciously
Nahi aisa kuch bhi nahi hai Mr. Kapoor " said naira
After that Mihir kapoor sat and manish and Mihir started discussing about the deal .while all the goenka's were in the hall , among them naira spoke;
"maa actually main upar akshu aur kairav ko dekhkar aati hoon they both are sleeping abhi sote rahege toh they won't sleep at night",said naira
"okk",said swarna
naira went upstairs and straight ran towards the washroom and spit water on her face
"kyun kiya bhagwan ji aapne aisa why did you bring him back although i understand that this deal is very much important to us for the business but why did you ? was he the only designer haan he ruined our left so much although nothing happened between him and me but still somewhere he was at fault of separating me and kartik , for separating kartik and kairav . i wont be able to stand him all the memories of those 5 years keep flashing in front of my eyes . please don't do this to me ",said naira crying remembering all those vulnerable moments .
she wiped her tears and woke up kairav and akshu. then naira came with coffee and snacks and served it to mihir . Naira goes from there but suddenly Mihir stops her
"Naira i suggest ki tumhe bhi iss project main kam karna chahiye I mean you are good designer agar ham saath main kam karenge toh sindhyas wale project ki tarah yeh project bhi successful hoga and the goenka business will also grow " said Mihir looking at all the designs.
"Haan naira beta mr kapoor Sahi keh rahe hai tum bahaut acchi designer ho toh tumhe iss project main kam karna chahiye",said manish sipping his coffee
before naira could reply , kairav came
"Mumma ... "shouted kairav and hugging naira
"Mera baby agaye aap ek minute main abhi apke dadu se zaroori baat karni hai wo Karlu phir ati hu apke paas ",said naira breaking the hug
while Kairav nods and goes to play with akshu who was in swarna's lap playing happily .
"Papa main iss project main kam nahi kar sakti peheli baat toh kairav aur akshu ki zimmedari aur upar se dance academy bhi aur ghar bhi toh main iss project main kam nahi kar sakti sorry papa ",said naira
while Manish didn't feel right to force naira as he knew that at the moment naira is going through a lot. although naira never cried out her pain , everyone knew that naira is just putting up a brave face for her children because she never wanted them to sadden over kartik's death. he agreed with her but Mihir started forcing her .
"Naira aap bahaut acche designs banati hai aur main apke saath kam kar chuka hu toh apko koi problem bhi nahi hogi ",said Mihir
"Mr kapoor agar mujhe kaam karna hota toh main kar leti aur ek baat yeh bhi hai mere kam na karne ki mujhe academy pe zyada dhayan dena hai ek event ki tayari bhi karni hai",said Naira . she is totally telling a lie to mihir as she doesn't want to do work with him.
"It 's alright naira" said mihir yet he wanted her to work.
After manish and mihir finished discussing about the deal , they settled down for lunch Suddenly kairav accidentally hit mihir with his ball .
"Sorry uncle galti se lag gayi ball",said kairav lowering down his head and making a sad face .
"kya karte ho baby dekho lag gayi naaaj kal aap bahaut shararti ho gaye ho kairav ", said naira with stern tone. with this sentence of her she didnot mean to defend mihir but she wanted kairav to learn that hitting someone is a mistake .
"It's okk naira baache sharat nahi karenge toh kya main shararat karunga", said Mihir with smile
"Kairav beta aap toh bahaut accha football khelte ho", said Mihir
"Thank you uncle",said kairav with a smile
"So friends kairav ?", said mihir
"Friends ",said kairav happily .although naira did not liked it but she did not want to create a scene out there she did not say anything and after that kairav and mr kapoor start playing foot ball together .
After ten days
In these ten days kairav and mihir became best friends now kairav is happy than before. Akshu also happy with mihir . All Goenka family love kairav and mihir bond as after the arrival of mihir kairav became normal like before but naira doesn't like Mihir and kairav closeness . She tried hard that kairav and mihir spend less time but she failed. she everyday used to cry thinking that kartik doesnt like mihir's presence yet she is not able to remove mihir from there lives .
