Name: Chase Ace

Age: 15

Quirk: Speed(Later he controls Time) Chase's speed makes him look like he stopped time and so his enemy won't know his next action.

Advantages: Can confuse the enemy and is great with teamwork or solo.

Disadvantages: Hostages, He may be able to confuse himself with his own quirk.

Likes: His family, friends, Martial arts, outsmarting smart people, acting stupid.

Dislikes: Fake friends, Taking mercy on someone, Heroes somewhat.

Clothing: Gray, black and for some reason white on his shoes.

Backstory:
Chase had a normal life with his parents and his sister(Minerva) but one day his parents had fight and they decided to get a divorce. His dad chose him while his mom chose his sister. Although Chase's dad didn't want Chase to remember his mom or sister so he made his memories of them. The only way he could remember them is if he sees them again then his memories will eventually come back.
