                          In an embrace you surrounded
My heart,
I lost myself in your smile
As I felt the surface
Of your soft skin,
Something inexplicable happened.
                          ^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^

                          You asked to dance,
And I gladly accepted,
Not knowing what would happen.
I wouldn't turn back
For anything.
                          ^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
                          At all times,
I would meet your gaze,
The colors would rise to my face,
Which I couldn't control.
                          ^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
                          Now I could say;
That we were not
Alone,
You were resting with someone
Smaller;
You didn't take her away from you
Not for a moment.
                          ^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
                          You cared for her as if
She was a treasure.
                          ^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
                          We were both overcome with
tears as we
hearing,
That we would lose her
At any moment.
                          ^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
                          You cradled me as if 
Of a baby, 
Calming the
Spookiness.
                          ^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
                          I looked into those beautiful eyes that at 
some moment,
They were going to go out 
Driving her away from my heart.
                          ^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^-^
                          And so it was,
To our baby,
