*spoilers of my book UNbalance
basically I'm going to write things about UNbalance that I was thinking of doing while making the story and characters
most of my unbalance readers will probably never find this but I don't want to make another in the book
so here
-oshita was originally called yuragii and was going to wear a trench coat; yuragii also one corrupta eye so maybe she was going to be a fallen
-rakuken has a few slight design changes when being designed
-shizen was originally going to be a calm and collected character (and he actually wore his jacket) but I changed his personality into a vulgar delinquent so the main cast would be balanced not boring
-yuruso was supposed to have an overly arrogant personality and was more of an douchebag lmao
his dialogue would be something like this:
"Don't you ever waste my time again, you low dog."
maybe it was a good thing to make him nicer
-yuruso was going to have a royal blue shirt instead of the burgundy
-ataeru was going to have a corrupta eye and eye patch but I was like nah
-ragakii was going to have a split personality, his current one in the book and a shy, polite one but I settled for insanity
also he was also going to be more of a douchebag to his council by calling them slaves or underlings but I decided against that
-kireina was going to be a fallen
-i was going to make a group of 7 fallens representing a different deadly sin called the deadly rebels (rebelling against the angels) but I felt like it was too similar the vizards in bleach
-vules experienced some significant design changes
-the first arc was going to be about the four main characters going to the shapeshifter dimension and fighting the generals and zankai but I was like 'they're literally children with minimal fighting experience what'
-gishi were originally called giftedi
-oshita and Shizen might have been in a romantic relationship because I thought the student council president x delinquent dynamic was cool but I decided against it
-shizen and Rakuken might have been together but I was like no friend zone plz
-ataeru was going to be exiled from Tengoku for a different reason but I'm too lazy to elaborate (it does involve Kireina being a douchebag)
-idk why but I was thinking of making a runaway lesbian corrupta couple but I was like how would they get out
-oshita was going to have silver fur and hair when she transformed because of yusuke's demon form but I was like nah

now for fun facts
-the changelings are based off silkmoths (bombyx mori) and Japanese feudalism (if you couldn't tell from their clothing lol)
(note silkmoths are domesticated so they can't live without humans so they would die in the wild
and changelings need humans for nourishment by eating them ;)
-uro okami is a remake of my cringy wolf/angel/demon/human/reaper OC Moondawn from four years ago and goodness Uro is so much better
-ataeru is based off joan of arc
-gagami is kinda based off cringy shoujo villains but I wasn't really thinking of one specifically
-ragakii is slightly based off toguro from Yu yu hakusho and those anime characters that like fighting (AND NOT TODO FROM JUJUTSU KAISEN BECAUSE UNBALANCE WAS MADE BEFORE THAT ANIME AND I HATE TODO)
-kireina is based off akio and mikage from revolutionary girl utena (and maybe pariston from hunter x hunter)
-i used the main characters from Yu Yu hakusho as a template to make the main characters
-adult yuruso's eyepatch is based off julius Kingsley's eyepatch in code geass: Akito the exiled
-adult Oshita's glasses are based off alucard's glasses from hellsing
-the magicas are basically an old idea I used for a story idea which was a bunch of humans that were genetically modified and had immunities to certain threats and they can turn into giant mammals
-oshita is the main character because I had an urge to make a female shounen type protagonist that was intelligent and used strategy to win (and excels in physical combat)
-if Oshita was a boy he would be gay for yokuu
-yuruso is asexual
-yugana is based off purgatory
-henpinfuka is based off hell lmao
-tengoku isn't based off heaven but it's based off ancient greek/roman civilization (in the structure of buildings not really government)
-oshita was going to be single
-shapeshifter generals are based off hindu gods (obviously literally their names are hindu gods)
-speaking of them, brahma was going to be killed off but I was like nah
-corruptas don't have wings because it means that theres no way they can return to being an angel
-names were created by me popping words into Google translate either translating them to japanese or Latin or I just made them up like Ragakii, Profelia, and Gagami
-most attack names were created by me or popping words in google translate either in japanese or Latin
-unbalance's magic system/combat classification is based off dragon ball or maybe naruto idk
-ancient energy is based off sacred energy in Yu Yu hakusho (besides being a stronger energy, ancient energy has properties of creation)
-oshita's second form was going to be called overlord form but it reminded me of vasto lorde from bleach (btw her form is more based off yusuke's demon form)
-oshita wears four layers of clothing
-oshita is based off yusuke which is really hard to believe because of both of them act differently but in terms of structure- they're pretty similar
-ragakii is my favorite character :)
