The rambunctious speedy hedgehog (along with his friends), human and alien team must hunt down Dr. Jumba Jookiba's 625 other experimental creatures infesting Hawaii (Sonic the Hedgehog belongs to SEGA, Lilo and Stitch The Series belongs to Disney).
Cream: Which experiment do you think we'll find next?
Amy: Who knows?
Stitch: Surf's up! Cowabunga!
Lilo: First I need to wax the surfboards.
Tails: You two go together like Yin and Yang.
Lilo: Yin and who?
Tails: Yang. It's a saying that means two different things go together: like peanut butter and jelly. Thunder and lightning. Hip and hop. Bread and butter. Etc.
Shadow: Hmm?
Knuckles: What's going on there?

The water creature was squirting water out of its tentacles.
Sonic: What the heck is that?!
Knuckles: Look! Fireballs!
Amy: They're coming from that thing!

The fire creature was shooting fireballs from its back.
Amy: What is that?
Stitch: Cousin?
Shadow: Let's get that experiment quick.
Lilo: If we could carefully catch it, then...
Stitch tackled the experiment and was burned.
Lilo: I had a great plan! And you just dove straight to the point, Stitch!
The water creature squirted water at Stitch.
Stitch: (alien language)
Lilo: It wasn't MY fault!
Stitch: (alien language)
Lilo: Was not!
Sonic: Here we go again.
Tails: I gotta check their data.
Lilo's house
Tails: OK. So those two experiments were numbers 501 and 502.
Sonic: What's 501's primary function?
Jumba: 501 is water squirter.
Tails: And 502 is a lava spouter.
Sonic: Man! Stitch has been toasted and Lilo's all soaked.
Jumba: More bad news. 501 and 502 must NOT come in contact at all costs.
Knuckles: Why's that?
Jumba: If they were to touch, could create cataclysmic disaster of epic proportions.
Shadow: How so?
Jumba: Could make massive release of quantum energy. 501 + 502 = one big boom.
Lilo: I would have caught 501 if koala head hadn't stopped me.
Stitch: (alien language)
Sonic: Figured Stitch wouldn't agree.
Lilo: I can totally capture the experiment without you, Stitch!
Stitch: (alien language)
Tails: You can capture the experiment without Lilo?
Lilo: You're on!
Stitch: (alien language)
Later
Sonic: Who do you think will catch experiment 501 or 502 first?
Amy: I say Lilo is.
Shadow: I say Stitch is.
Pleakley: Hey guys! Me and Jumba made a little wager.
Sonic: What is it?
Jumba: Loser of bet must preform dreaded Gloknar Ceremony Dance!
Knuckles: Gloknar Ceremony Dance?
Pleakley: It's the Witless Dance of 1,000 hours.
Amy: To that I say, may the best hunter win.
Lilo was searching for 501.
Knuckles: There goes 501!
Stitch was searching for 502.
Sonic: There's 502!
Shadow: They're together.
Amy: They're making contact.
Gantu: Got them!
Sonic: Oy! Those were ours, ya big dummy!
Gantu: So sorry, hedgehog. I don't see your name on these two anywhere! It means I win!
Sonic: We can't give up yet!
Lilo: You're right, Sonic! Pleakley, let's give Gantu a big ol' wedgie!
Knuckles: Wait! He's well armed.
Tails: We can't give up yet!
Gantu: Those experiments escaped, thanks to you, 625.
Sonic: We're too late.
625: So pathetic! You blame me for your screw-up.
Gantu: We wouldn't be in this mess if we had just worked together like I suggested!
Shadow: Pains me to say this, but the big dummy is right. Working together makes the job easier.
Knuckles: We just got to work together to get 501 and 502 and prevent them from touching each other.
Lilo: Tails, you were right about Yin and Yang. Two different things come together to make one good thing. Like dirt and soil.
Stitch: Stitch and Lilo?
Amy: That too.
Tails: It seems Jumba made a slight error. 501's water and 502's lava will make land.
Lilo: Let's go, partner!
Stitch: (alien language)
Lilo and Stitch worked together to catch 501 and 502.
Sonic: You're toast, 502! Heh heh heh.
Knuckles: You're all washed up, 501!
Amy: Wait! That means Jumba and Pleakley tied.
Shadow: Meaning both of them must do the Gloknar Ceremony Dance.
Later
Jumba and Pleakley were doing the Gloknar Ceremony Dance.
Tails: You two shake what your mama gave you!
Shadow: Whadda we do with Yin and Yang?
Sonic: 501 is Yin. 502 is Yang. That makes sense. And it gave me an idea!
At the beach
Sonic: Go for it, you two!
Yin and Yang created a new island.
David: That is definitely Yin and Yang right there.
Sonic: Like me and Tails!
Tails: Sure!
