ROLES,
━ Axes Administrators | FULL 5/5❝ The second heads of the community that will be working inside the community to ensure that everything is running properly. The Admins must have great leadership skills and should possess the ability to take charge when something goes wrong. They should work fairly well under stress and will be responsible for managing each of the community divisions. (If you apply for this position, you must also choose at least one other role along with this) ❞
━ Mallet Managers | 2/5 ❝ There are five managers - one for each community division: columnists, reviewers, editors, graphic designers, and judges. The managers will be responsible for their team by making sure each member is completing their work weekly. Any work assigned by the Admins will be their job to distribute fairly among everyone in their division. These people must have leadership skills and the capability to communicate respectfully with everyone to make sure they're on task ❞
━ Crossbow Columnists | 1/10 ❝ The Columnists are the writers/reporters of the community and will be working on our newspaper - the Lost Assassin's Gazette. Columns that are available to write are: World News, Wattpad Book Recommendations, Interviews, Writing Tips, Graphic Tips, or a new column of your choice that will first have to be approved by the community. This role's idea was inspired by the Script Society ❞
━ Lances Reviewers | 2/10 ❝ Reviewers will be working on delivering reviews for people's books in our shop. Writers from all around Wattpad will request honest reviews from them. These people must be able to give detailed explanations on the upsides and downsides of a book ❞
━ Partisan Editors | 4/10 ❝ Editors will be the ones editing all our books before we publish them to make sure there are no spelling or grammatical errors. These people will also be editing chapters of people's books who request edits in the edit shop. These people must have good editing skills - such as accurate punctuation, spelling and good grammar on hand ❞
━ Dagger Graphic Designers | 3/10 ❝ Graphic designers are the designers of the community. They will be making graphics for people who request from them in the graphic shop. These people must be creative and be intermediate in designing ❞
━ Caltrop Permanent Judges | 1/15 ❝ Judges will be judging a category of their choice for the awards. They will also judge the entries for the writing and graphic contests ❞
