Chapter 29

3rd person pov
Alaric was on his way back to the school with lunch for his kids and fiancee. What he didn't know was that he was being followed by Klaus. Klaus vamp speed in front of the car making him Alaric come to a quick stop, "What the hell are you doing?!" He yelled at him "I simply have a task to finish" Klaus said smirking and Ric got out of the car glaring at him "What do you want Klaus?" He asked getting angry and Klaus just shows his vamp face and said "To simply kill you" vamp speeding towards him biting into his neck and snapping it. Klaus look at Ric's body and then vamp sped away. Beyonca was at her desk with Violet waiting on Ric when he came through the doors looking dead "Ric what happen?" She asked getting up  "Klaus he killed me" he said taking a seat on the couch "Violet go get your brothers and sisters, please?" She asked her daughter who just nod and went for he siblings. Beyonca went and take Ric's hands as he sat there staring into nothing.

The kids ran into their parent's office and saw their dad sitting there holding their mom's hand "Are you ok?" Lizzie asked fighting back tears, Ric got up and hug his kids and Beyonca sat watching trying to be strong for them "How could he do this?" Alec asks "My guess is he didn't know about the vampire blood that was in my system," Ric said holding Lizzie "That still means he was intending to end your life," Josie said sitting with her mom and holding her.  "Dad whatever you choose we will be okay with it," Dove said hugging him and the kid's nod "We already had this conversation from the moment Viol understood what was going on," Jace said holding Violet in his arms, Ric looked at his family and smiled "Can you guys giving me and your mom a minute?" He asked them and they nod walking out leaving their parents to talk. Ric knee in front of her and she turns away from him, "Hey, it's going to be okay" he said turning her to face him "I can't lose you too" she said shaking her head crying, he hugs her and rub her back so she could relax.

Meanwhile, the kids left Violet with Emma and went to the Mikaelson manner, "Klaus!" They yelled as Lizzie and Josie blast the door open and they walked in "What is with all this ruckus!" He said coming out of his office and the rest of his family coming out of the rooms they were in. Dove used her magic and pin him to the wall while Lizzie and Josie siphon magic from their brothers and give him a migraine along with making his blood boil "You killed our father!" Dove shout slamming him more into the wall, Freya was about to use her magic to stop them when Jace used his to make her sleep and Keelin ran to her to make sure she was ok.
