"Push" the doctor shouted at her
"I can't no more" she said gripping the hands of her husband
"Honey take a deep breath you can do this" deviac said
"Push" the doctor said
"Aah" she screamed on top of her lungs
"We are almost there I can see the head already" the doctor encouraged
"Baby please tell him I can't" she whispered to her husband
"You can honey you already done 8 of em this not gonna be different" he said trying to wipe the tears of his wife

She then screamed and the baby came out
"finally" the doctor yelled

They never used to check the ultrasound or the baby gender or how many they were So they both took it as a boy but her stomach was bigger than usual so they suspected twins
"Wow it's a girl" the doctor beamed happily
"Oh my god" deviance shouted
"You didn't say that" Ella said 

she started to scream "aah fuck" immediately another baby came rushing out and the doctor caught it just in time
"Holy fuck what was that" deviac exclaimed with wide eyes
"Yup she is a runner" the doctor said smiling
"Wait is that another girl" deviac asked
"Yup congratulations sirs you all have twin dau....."
"Doctor I see another head" the nurse with them shouted
"Holy Jesus "deviac exclaimed stumbling he almost fell
"Push" the nurse shouted

"Push"the doctor shouted again
By now deviac has left her hand and gone into shock
"I swear to fucking God if you don't bring your ass over here and hold my damn hands then you will be deprived off sex till eternity" his wife threatened with anger filled eyes

That brought him out of shock and he  ran holding her hands again
"Push" he shouted you are doing great
With that a loud cry was heard as the other two were also crying
"Baby that's a girl" deviac said peeping at the doctor hands
"Yup" the doctor said he was their very good friend and gave birth to all the others of his older kids
"I can't believe it honey we have triplet daughters" he said kissing her forehead
"You all have to believe it cause I see another head" the nurse yelled
"Holy moly poly coly"  his wife yelled
As she was trying to push
"I can't no more" she said she was already weak and her pulse was falling
The doctor started shouting to the nurse "put her on the drug"
"I don't think you can continue with the birth her pulse is low already is either you leave the baby to die or c section"
Deviac went over and held his collar  "you will give birth to that freaking child"
"Sir then you have to leave for the c section" the doctor said
"Why can't I stay" he asked confused
"It's not allowed the longer you take the small chance of the baby getting born" he said to him
"Get her on the stretcher move her to the theater tell them to get it ready" the doctor said hurriedly , and they started to do as they were told
The doctor gave him a look and he left already

The doctor and the nurses were trying their best to save their both lives
And it was finally successful
Ella: please can you tell them to leave she said

And they all left leaving both of them
"Please I want you to look through adoption for my kids" she said to the doctor
Doctor: what are you saying why would you say that" the doctor said alarmed
Ella : the craziness of my family is to much and I don't want to involve those innocent girls so please i beg you please"
"I want their names Artemis Aphrodite Apollo and Athena in order of the oldest"
After much thought the doctors found and gave out the two of them to family's and left her with two
Doctor : so what are we gon do with the remaining two?

Ella : am gonna  run away with them can you help me make reservations
Doctor:  I can't this is beyond my work and it's is freaking illegal and I might loose my job"
Ella : no you won't I will make an arrangement of 20 million dollars in your account if you help me
Doctor : after thinking "fine I will" as he called people that took them away with the twins

"What's taking so long" deviac grumbled pacing around
Nurse : am sorry but I can't find them
Deviac : what do you mean you can't find them he said
Nurse : I over heard a little about their conversation they ran away
