The school year had started to pick up after the second week. Bini had managed to survive potions with a teacher she now considered her enemy, Professor Snape. She had learned that she wasn't the only one to hate the Professor as nearly everyone but the staff did. Her classes were hard like any usual person would think but to her, potions were the worst. She was never good at math or measurements and she never cooked in her parents' fear that she would burn the house down so she dreaded having to even go near that part of the castle. But that was far in the past now. She had been at Hogwarts for a little more than a month. It was October now. Halloween was just a few days away.

She made a sharp turn as soon as she realized she was indeed accidentally heading in that direction. She mumbled insults about Snape to herself before turning down another corridor with her tabby cay clutched in her arms to the great hall. She sat down between her first years' members who were engaged in their own conversations enough to barely notice her sit down. Some said greetings while others ignored her. She made some small talk before grabbing a small portion of food for Tiger-eye and placed it on the ground under her as Tiger-eye jumped from her lap and began to eat.

She looked up to the ceiling that was decorated in the spirit of Halloween with decorated hollowed-out pumpkins replacing the usual floating candles that floated above them, then looked to the food that also followed the same spirit of the holidays. She put some food on her plate and slowly began to chew, wanting nothing more than to wander the school grounds and be left completely alone with Tiger-eye for the foreseeable future.

Suddenly, the great hall doors slammed open and Professor Quirrell came running in, occasionally stumbling with a terrified look on his face.

"TROLL! IN THE DUNGEON! T-TROOLLL IN THE DUNGEON!!" He screamed frantically. Everyone came to an abrupt stop as all the Professors stood in alarm. Quirrell's eyes glazed over and his knees hit the floor when he muttered one last phrase before face planting into oblivion. "Thought you ought to know."

It took a good five seconds before, as the fifth years would say, all hell broke loose. Everyone dropped what they were holding and bolted for the door, screaming their little lungs out. At least they had the respect of running around the fallen Professor instead of trampling him.

The Hufflepuff table was in more hysterics than anyone else. They screamed louder and chose the decision of not heading to the front door because their common room was in the dungeon, near the kitchens. Protocol says they need to go to their common room for safety. If they meet the threat on the way there...Well...That's just too bad.

Fighting a Troll might be cool.

Bini looked over to the staff table. All the Professors were looking at each other with panic, then at Dumbledore who looked equally confused and worried. None of them seemed to notice Snape practically run out the back door with more fear than anyone.

OK, maybe that was the wrong way to describe it. He didn't look scared exactly but...

"SILLLLLEEENNNNCEEEEE!" Dumbledore yelled. Everyone came to a stop and looked to the headmaster. "Everyone will please, not panic. Now, Head Boy and Head Girl will lead their houses back to the dormitories. Teachers will follow me to the dungeons."

"Come on now, Hufflepuff! We must go to the common room now!" The Head Boy, whose name she now knew was Archer Pinescrew yelled as the other three groups started to leave. Everyone in Hufflepuff looked towards the head boy as if he lost his mind. The fifth years were the first to speak up with anger on their faces.

"Are you really expecting us to march into a death trap? The troll is in the dungeons. Or maybe you missed that part?" A fifth-year boy, Jacobson, barked. "The dungeon is where our bloody common room is!"
