*The next day, it was the day of the funeral. Lori and Terra had helped Luan get ready. Leni even helped out. Carol took the day off of work to go to the funeral. Lincoln was sad, because Lynn Sr., his father, was now gone. He remembered being on a game show with him. When they got to the funeral, Albert was there.*

Albert: Hey, Luan.........!

Luan: Pop Pop....... I'm sorry I shut you out........! *to Lincoln* That goes for you too, Linc.........!

Lincoln: Luan, it's okay! I understand!

Albert: Besides, I know how you feel. When I was your age, I lost my older brother.

Luan: Oh, grandpa........ I'm so sorry!

*She hugged her grandfather and cried.*

Albert: There there, Luan....... it'll be alright!

*They went into the cemetery and sat down.*

Father: We are gathered here today to say goodbye to Lynn Loud Sr. Does anyone have anything they'd like to say to start us off?

Luan: I would.........!

*Luan went up to the casket.*

Luan: My father......... Lynn Sr........ took care of me when my real mother, Amy Anderson died when I was an infant. My real mother died when she gave birth to me and........ now....... dad is with her..........! *crying* I'm going to spend the rest of my life missing him!

*She broke down crying as Terra and Lori walked up to her.*

Lori: We're all going to miss him, sis!

*They walked Luan back to her seat while Albert went next. He wanted to sing.*

I don't own this song at all. This is a cover version of Leonard Cohen's song. The cover version is by John Cale. The video belongs to Jon Jon Jon Jon on YouTube.

Albert:*sings*

I've heard there was a secret chord
That david played, and it pleased the lord.
But you don't really care for music, do you?
It goes like this:
The fourth, the fifth.
The minor fall, the major lift.
The baffled king composing hallelujah.

Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah.

Your faith was strong but you needed proof.
You saw her bathing on the roof.
Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew you.
She tied you to a kitchen chair.
She broke your throne, she cut your hair.
And from your lips she drew the hallelujah.

Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah.

Maybe i've been here before.
I know this room, i've walked this floor.
I used to live alone before i knew you.
I've seen your flag on the marble arch.
Love is not a victory march,
It's a cold and it's a broken hallelujah.

Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah.

There was a time you'd let me know
What's real and going on below.
But now you never show it to me, do you?
Remember when i moved in you?
The holy dark was moving too.
And every breath we drew was hallelujah.

Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah.

Maybe there's a god above.
And all i ever learned from love
Was how to shoot at someone who outdrew you.
It's not a cry you can hear at night.
It's not somebody who's seen the light.
It's a cold and its a broken hallelujah.

Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelu...

Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,
Hallelujah.

*As he sang, Luan cried into Terra's and Lori's arms. Leni and Carol also comforted Luan. So did Ronnie Anne, Lincoln, Soren, and the rest of the sisters, who were adopted by foster families. After the funeral, Luan watched as her father's casket was lowered to the ground. They all exited the cemetery and headed home, while Luan, Lori, Carol, Terra, Soren, Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, and Aaron went back to the motel.*

Note: Next will be the trial. Luan will be extremely furious with Rita. Uh oh..........
