ANGELS OF DEATH have followed SATŌ AYAME since she was born into this world.
Her mother was the first, bleeding heavily throughout Ayame's birth and having nothing left to give once she was finally born. Her father was the second, slitting his own wrists when Ayame was just a year old and no longer able to take the pain of his loss or the sight of the very daughter who took his wife away. The third was her beloved older brother, SATŌ YŪTO, a gem to a few and a genuine terror to everyone else——killed by one of his closest friends in order to protect jujutsu society from his rage. The fourth, the one that took what little of her heart Ayame had left, was the death of GETŌ SUGURU——her god in the form of a man, her reason to keep going, the man she and her brother thought would rule over the New World . . . taken out by the same man who brought down her brother in order to, once again, protect jujutsu society from his rage.
