Based on the above prompt, write a screenplay, interactive story or multimedia-based story of up to 500 words.

Rules:
☆ The story must be in English. Pay attention to grammar, spelling and punctuation.
☆ The maximum length is 500 words.
☆ The contest runs for exactly 24 hours, from May 29th at 8:30 AM EST to May 30th at 8:30 AM EST.
☆ The story must be a newly published story on your profile or a new chapter in an anthology. We will not accept stories that are prewritten or multi-chapter stories.
☆ Due to the length and nature of this contest, we will not accept any Mature-rated stories.
☆ The stories that shine will receive a shout out from the profiles. Winning entries from the AlternativeStorytelling profile will receive a sticker and will be added to our Contest Winners reading list.
☆ There may be a variation to the contest depending on the profile you are looking at: If you are looking at the contest on the AlternativeStorytelling profile, your entry must be written as either a screenplay, interactive story or multimedia-based story.
☆ Stories must be started and completed within 24 hours from the time it is posted on the AlternativeStorytelling profile. Please double check this if you have found this on another profile.
☆ You can share your stories in the comment section, but youmust submit your story via this FORM to be entered into the contest. Only submissions through that form will be considered.
