Taken (Part Two)

Megan walked out of the elevator towards her office but stopped when Ethan spoke "I have some good news, I found out what the small trace is that we got from the lining of the stomach wall and its surgi-...." Ethan never got to finish his sentence.

"Surgical mesh, it's used for organ repair," Megan said smirking

"Must you always do that" Ethan whined but soon stopped when Megan retrieved the mesh from her Prada purse. Ethan sighed and walked back to his station looking defeated and Megan went to walk to her office.

"Ok, but why is it soaked in Potassium?" Ethan called out to Megan who spun round and rushed towards Ethan who looked puzzled.

"Potassium?" Megan said reaching for the mesh then rushing into Kate's office dumping the surgical mesh in front of Kate making her jump.

"Hello to you too Megan" Kate said shaking her head; she could not believe Megan sometimes.

"Surgical Mesh" Kate asked rather puzzled picking up the box looking at it turning it over in her hands.

"Dr Wallace was using this to plant something into his victims"

"Ok but, surgical mesh is usually used for organ repair?" Megan nodded.

"Whatever he was going to plant in our victims it was soaked in potassium so, please don't inform the media quite yet" Megan said walking towards Kate's desk.

"Dr Wallace killed those veterans and that's what I am going to lead with, sorry Megan but I don't have time to wait to find out what he was planting in his victims," Kate said sharply.

"Fine" Megan turned round and walked out of Kate's office passing the media as they waited for Kate's conference to confirm it was in fact Dr Wallace who killed those poor veterans.

"The other body" Megan mumbled to herself once she reached her office only to rush past it and head into the morgue towards the other body.

Megan began the autopsy on the last victim of Dr Wallace's killing spree. Megan slowly did the external exam finding the same as the other victims with that mystery scar to cover up the surgical wound, Megan took ex-rays of the body for her to look at but whilst she waited she thought she would move on to the internal exam.

Megan now moved on to the internal exam starting with the routine y incision doing a quick overall glance finding the organs intact and perfectly healthy. Megan looked at the victims' ex-rays to find shrapnel in the victims shoulder obviously from serving his country, other than that there was not anything out of place. Megan took each organ out weighing it and then cutting it open to check it over.

Mean while Yvonne had stopped the van opening the door she grabbed lacey and pulled her out of the van, Yvonne over powered Lacey who was trying her best to fight Yvonne even though her hands were tied along with her feet. Yvonne dragged her over to an area where a small blanket and been placed.

"Where are we? Why are you doing this,?" lacey said pleading.

Yvonne tried putting a piece of tape across laceys mouth but she kept turning her head away from Yvonne who held lacey still and managed to put the tape across her mouth.

"The more you girls try to fight me the more your making it worse yourselves" Yvonne said bitterly to lacey who let the tears fall down walking away and watched her walk back over to the van grabbing Maddie who also had her hands and feet tied with large amount of duck tape.

"Please stop this, we won't say anything to anyone let us go please" Maddie pleaded.

Yvonne never answered Maddie she dragged her next to lacey who looked at Maddie with tears slipping down her cheeks. Yvonne tried to place a piece of tape across Maddie's mouth but, just like her sister she tried to resist her from doing it but, in the end Yvonne won placing a piece of tape across her mouth.
