"Are we there yet" Jirou said impatiently As it felt like she'd been waiting ages
"almost" Denki says in tone so chipper it's nearly obnoxious
"I swear that's the Tenth time you've said we're almost there in the past 15 minutes" jirou sassed . "And I don't know how safe I feel being guided while blind folded for this long. And especially by you"
" Just trust me I've been guiding you safely this entire time right."
"I guess you have been" Jirou unwillingly admits
"Just relax and let me be your eyes alright" Denki whispers to her as he gently places his hands on her to steer her in another direction
They walk for what feels like forever to jirou but In Reality was 5 more minutes
"This is getting intolerable can I please just open eyes now" jirou huffed
"You complained the entire way here but we made it tadaaaa" Denki said excitedly
"you gonna remove the blind fold from my eyes now or what"
"right haha I almost forgot about that"
"He moves behind her and begins to untie the blind fold. That's just when jirou realized just how close he was to her she felt goosebumps start to rise on the back of her neck as a response to feeling of his breathing on her neck
"Tadaaaa an arcade but not just any arcade my favorite arcade" he says with a sniffle and wipes away a fake tear "this place holds so many precious memories"
"And what if I say I don't do video games"
"Hm? what was that sounds like an excuse because you know I'm gonna kick your ass in all of these games" he says in a snarky tone followed by a sly smirk
"you think I'm bad at video games because I don't play them?"
" Wellllll" he looks up into the air, then back down at jirou"pretty much yeah"
she let's out a deep sigh "Fine I'll prove to you that I'm not by beating you at every game here" she says now feeling a newly found sense of determination
"Really every single game here, that sounds like a challenge" he says as he puts both his arms at his hips and belts out an obnoxious chuckle
"you see jirou I may not do as well as you in school but this- this is practically my religion"
"Yeah, I still think I'll kick ur ass"
"okay bet" he says with a confident smirk "what do you want to lose at first-I mean play first"
"I don't know what game do you claim to be best at"
