Jaehyuk when he heard what the receptionist said he rushed towards the basement , he was not as afraid as before because he knew that it wont be easy for Asahi to find out the entire truth cause the book would have been written in a language that Asahi can never understand and even if he did find the book which itself is so difficult to recognise he wont be able to read it for sure.

It is very rare to find someone who can read and understand the language but still he was nervous and he did get cold sweats , the image of how Asahi would forever go away from him once he knows the truth flashed in front of his eyes and he just was getting comfortable with Asahi and he just didn't want to lose him so quickly.

He also knew asahi was a stubborn idiot as Ruto told, he may be physically weak from the outside but he was as strong as a rock inside.He would never back out from knowing what he wants to know though its a bit annoying that was something Jaehyuk liked about Asahi and found it charming about him.

Both asahi and arthur could hear the footsteps of someone approaching the basement , they heard sound of someone pressing their feet against the old wooden steps , Arthur started to panic , he just at a speed of light disappeared and hid behind some of the bookshelf's. Asahi was shocked to witness this again cause he witnessed the same thing with Jaehyuk at the airport.

He suddenly took the old book that was laying on the ground and tried to hide it in his bag that he had bought along, he tried to wipe of the blood that was sill visible from the small cut on his forehead.

Jaehyuk tried to open the door but it was stuck and locked , so he tried to scream. "Asahi...sahi ,are u in there, answer me".  When asahi heard it was Jaehyuk outside something a wild idea ran his mind , something to prove to Arthur that someone is not his to claim.

"Jae , I'm stuck" asahi tried to scream from inside. Jaehyuk used his strength to break the door , when the door broke down and fell backwards , Jaehyuk's strenght somewhat shocked asahi but still he was fascinated by it and he kinda felt something in his heart, an urge to claim his man.

When asahi saw Jaehyuk he made sure the book is safely in the bag and ran towards Jaehyuk and hugged him tightly , basically if Jaehyuk was a human he would have got small bruises from this rough hug from Asahi.

He buried his head on the crook of jaehyuks neck whispering "thank you, I'm sorry" and hugging him tightly. Asahi pushed him against the wall next to the door.

Jaehyuk was dumbfolded by the way asahi was acting , asahi was never been an aggressive person he was always calm and quiet type of guy but this sudden reveal of beast inside Asahi kinda made him feel things.

Asahi was doing all this on purpose , he knew arthur was still hiding somewhere nearby and could easily see them.He just wanted to prove something to Arthur. He wanted to prove Arthur that Jaehyuk is not anyone's property and especially not his and as he told Arthur before he will fight for jae with his everything.

He remembered how Arthur spoke of Jaehyuk with him , claiming that he is the only person jae had ever loved , those words still made him burn with jealousy.

He detached himself from that tight hug he gave Jaehyuk and stared into Jae's eyes, cupping Jaehyuk's cheeks with both his hands and caressing it and said "I missed u Jae" and smashed their lips. Jaehyuk stood their like a statue with his eyes wide open.
