••• "Guys, you don't understand she's amazing!" Tanaka throws his head back happily, his two friends, Sugawara and Daichi shake their heads, taking sips of their coffees. "You guys have been seeing each other for what? Three weeks now?" The silver haired male chuckles lowly.
"Okay and? I think I found the one. I'm really interested in her!" He defends himself, taking a huge bite from his sandwich as Daichi cringes in disgust at the sight. Sugawara just rolls his eyes, smiling. It's been a while since Tanaka was excited over a girl it was just like how he was with Kiyoko back in Highschool except that didn't go anywhere once everyone graduated.
"What's her name again?" Suga quizzes, tilting his head, leaning back in the seat. The sun was beaming through the glass of the cafe on the men, it was bright in their faces. Tanaka continued, answering his friend. "[Name] [Last name]." Tanaka informs, practically drooling over the name. Suga looks down at the ground for a minute, thinking.
"[Last name]...? Hm" he hums to himself.
"Sounds familiar." He shrugs it away, not putting much light on to why the name was so stuck in his head like he had heard it before.
Daichi just listened to the buzz cut haired boy who was obviously already in love with this woman he didn't know much about except for the stuff that was said during their training at work or their dates during the weekends.
Tanakas phone then goes off randomly, startling the three. "Oh speak of the devil." He snickers, answering the phone.
He puts out one finger to his friends and makes his way outside.
"Hello, beautiful." He grins over the phone as the girl sighs. "Hey, Ryū." His eyebrows furrow to her tone of expression. "Everything okay, [Nick name]?" The crack in his voice hurt the woman over the phone, she was honestly shaking but didn't want to scare him like this. "Can we meet up at Midway park in about twenty minutes. I know it's sudden but I have something to tell you." She anxiously asks, his heart was beating out of his chest, he was currently freaking out about if she was going to end things.
"Are you... going to end things?" He speaks up.
"No, no, no! Nothing like that! I promise, just please meet me there." She hangs up the phone before he can answer and he stands there dumbfounded but a lot less scared than before.
