A Last Glimpse

I was happy , genuinely happy and I knew it was because of her.

I said just a thank you , my eyes focused on her the entire time ,

and I bowed a little in her direction.

She was just a fan cheering my name along with the audience but it felt like her presence got me overwhelmed.

It felt like I could only hear her but can't figure out her voice.

I took my seat and recalled her face again and again.
