Chapter 22

Julie's POV: 

I wake up in my bed and I don't feel Luke's arms around me. I get out of bed and head out of the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. I bend down to splash my face with warm water. I lift my head up wiping my eyes so I can open them.

"AHHHHHHH" I scream as I see Luke sanding behind me.

"Happy birthday" he said smiling innocently 

"Not funny luke." I say

"So you ready to spend all day together." Luke says 

"haha very funny you forgot I have school today." I tell him as I roll my eyes and get out of bed

"Come on you can miss one day can't you." he says giving me puppy dog eyes.

"no I can't, I have my dance project with Nick. After that, I and the  boys from 5sos have an interview after school." I tell him

"so you are gonna hang out with everyone but me." he says while furrowing his brow

"Well you can come to school and watch my dance then after you can go to the studio where the interview is." I say

"Ok sounds like fun. Then after we can party, right I don't want you to work to much on your birthday." he says

I lean down and kiss him while he is still on my bed.

"Yes I promise we will party." I say as I get up and leave my room.

"Happy birthday" Carlos and My dad say as they run up and hug me. 

"Happy Birthday Julie" the three boys say to me, and luke plays it off as if he wasn't just in my bedroom.

"Aww thanks guys"

I say as I grab a plate and head out the door.

I walk into my dance class and a group of girls are crowded in the corner. I get on my tiptoes to see what they are looking, all I see an orange beanie in the middle of them. I decide to put back in the corner and I begin stretching with Nick.

"Hey Julie what is he doing here" Nick says to me while pointing at Luke.

"I invited him." I say

"Oh well we are on next" Nick says rolling his eyes

Me and Nick's music begins playing and we start our dance. 

"Hey, I broke up with her by the way" he whispers in my ear as I spin away from him.

He walks towards me and grabs my hand as a part of the choreograph. "I didn't ask"

"Well I broke up with her for you" He tells me 

My eyes go wide in shock.

"You didn't have to do that. I am over you Nick." I say 

"Sure you are" Nick says as he lifts me into the air.

He sets me down and we finish our dance. Which is suppose to end when our faces  inches apart. But he ends up kissing me instead. Holding back the vomit I push Nick away from me. I run to Luke already know that he is going to flip out.

"What the fuck do you think you are doing touching Julie." Luke says to Nick

"Excuse me" Nick says
