Backstory: Katherine died while giving birth to Elizabeth in the hospital and gave her a navy blue baseball cap that made her invisible as a gift. Ryan struggled to raise Elizabeth on his own since they were poor and dealing with poverty. When Elizabeth was 5 Ryan remarried to a woman named Nancy who hated Elizabeth and treated her like a freak. Whenever, Nancy got mad at Elizabeth she would lock her in a small storage cupboard filled with dolls which lead her to develop a severe case of Claustrophobia and Pediophobia. By the time Elizabeth was 9 Ryan was diagnosed with cancer and they couldn't afford the treatment Ryan passed away two months later. Elizabeth was placed under Nancy's care where their hatred for each other grew. Finally, Elizabeth had enough and snuck on a boat from Virginia to Inkwell Isle when she turned 11.
