Tanjiro POV
Attack, forms,doge attack make one wrong move your dead.
"Tanjiro just come with me and be a demon and rule by my side forever. Why struggle"muzan said behind my back before I dodged and jump back
"I told you NO" I yelled and charged to him
"Sun breathing 6 form: lava road" I said moving in different direction but he was to fast so I could only make a deep slash on his fore arm.
"Damm it" I muttered and land behind him before running away. I look up and it was almost day
"5 more minutes! You can do this tanjiro!" I thought to myself and stop, we both stop and stared at each other. The tension thick between us.
I was about to attack but the 'thing' came right at me and out of muzan arm.( it's the thing muzan killed all the lower moons with). I grimaced and jump back and land on the trees
"2 minutes" cling, clash, doge, attack
He was about to get my arm before I put my sword towards the light and made him close his eyes and jump back
"1 minute!" I thought and stop all my attacks and jump back far away
"Breath tanjiro" I thought
"Sun breathing 11th form: sun" I said smiling at him before in a blink of an eye I cut his legs off.
I knew because of his regeneration he would grow them back instantly but hell also have to face the sun.
"GAH!" Muzan yelled out in pain and regrew his legs fast before jumping back into the shadows
"I'll be back my tanjiro and I'll make sure to give you a punishment" muzan said before disappearing, I drop to my knees and put my hand on the floor. My breathing a blur
"Breath tanjiro you use 2 breathings at the same time it's normal" ichi said rubbing circles on my back I nod and stand up. I walk back to base and open the door too see them all there
"Hey g..." was all I could form out before everything went black
3rd person POV
Tengen was the first to catch him they all brought him to the butterfly estate. But shinobu couldn't do it because her hands were shaking of how mucah blood was on tanjiro. So she had to tell aoi and kanao what to do. After they were done tanjiro was stable nezuko came out and ran to tanjiro but only was held back by gyomei since tanjiro is not stable enough.
They were all blaming them selves for letting this happen to tanjiro. Thinking
"I should have stop him"
"I should have gone with him"
"If I was there maybe this never happened"
"If only I wouldn't tell him to go with us to the festival"
They were all blaming themselves nobody had the pride to talk because they lost it all today. Seeing there love interest in a bed, covers in blood is the worst
Nobody left tanjiro side for the rest of the day. Afraid that muzan would come after him again. Inosuke and Zenitsu were outside guarding the door. They thought they didn't deserve to be with tanjiro right now
But tanjiro was somewhere else
Tanjiro POV
"Again!" Ichi yelled at me and I did the 8th sun breathing form again
"Sun breathing 8th form: burning halo" i said and sing my sword into a circle. But the fire and power was going everywhere burning everything in sight.
"Good now do the 4th form" Ichi said and I nod
"Sun breathing 4th form: devils cane" I said and jump up them back down creating a body of fire in a line. The ground beneath totally burned and crumbling
"I don't think I can do anymore! I feel like I'm to die!" I said outloud rolling onto my back
"You fought muzan chop off his legs and arms and lasted out against him. You fought upper moon 1 and was able to escape. You won't die" ichi said rubbing his temples
"I know but how ab-" Ichi cut me off
"Do you want me to be like urokadaki" he ask and I immediately shake my head in a no without a second thought
"Good now your going to combine water and sun breathing" ichi said and I sighed and got up again
3rd Person POV
It's the next day and they were still there, the hashiras and mizunotos. They all had a hand on tanjiros bed and sleeping. Sadness, grief, revenge and love filled the butterfly estate. If someone tried to move them they would have their head cut off in a instant
Tanjiro stirred in his sleep, everyone notice and look at him intently before his eyes snap open and yelled at someone named ichi?
"ICHI! WHY DID YOU DO THAT" tanjiro yelled at a imaginary spot. All the hashira look confused before he got even more irk marks on his forehead
"EVEN THOUGHT YOU DIDNT HAVE TO KILL ME TO WAKE UP" tanjiro yelled, before signing and shaking his head
"Tanjiro are you alright?" Mitsuri said grabbing tanjiro hand in hers
"I'm fine mitsuri-San" tanjiro said calmly but still glaring at the imaginary spot
Tanjiro POV
"I hate you" I thought to ichi who just look the other way. I sighed and laid back down and rub my forehead
"I feel sore all over" I thought and ichi chuckled. Until ichi told me inosuke and Zenitsu are going to come barging in. I sighed and got out of bed more easier then I thought
"Tanjiro! You my get hurt" gyomei and tengen said but I just smiled before jumping really high barely missing inosuke and Zenitsu. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and jump back down. Without a sound and turn around too see them confused
Ichi came behind me and nudge me my shoulder.
"There idiots" ichi said and I snorted and rolled my eyes at him
"I'm right here" I said and they turned to me and hugged me tight
"I'm fin-" I cut myself off when I saw ichi on high alert. I kinda already knew who it is
"Tanjiro" i heard a shy voice say and I turn around too see
"Hey kanao" I said and smiled brightly at her which she smiled a little wider back. I pat her head and push inosuke and Zenitsu off me
"Tanjiro I wanted to give you this" kanao said giving me roses
"Likes you" ichi said but I ignored him and took the roses and look at them. I smiled at kanao and hug her
"Thank you kanao" I said in her ear and she nod before running away
"Am i saying something wrong?" I ask to myself outloud before everyone started laughing.
