Fuzzy

drizzling rain

i hear the music

but not the lyrics

you speak

i hear it

but i can't comprehend

couldn't sleep

so i listened to a book

i don't remember what it was about

i'm disconnected

if something bad happens today

i'll hardly notice

i don't remember time

oh

it's already five

it was ten when i woke up

i'm not sure what i'm writing

it's just whatever my fingers are typing

rhythmic clicks

the keyboard is not loud enough 

out of it

yeah 

really out of it

can't remember what i ate for breakfast

oh wait

nothing

lunch was leftovers

i didn't taste them

just dust

it feels pointless to sit here doing nothing

but i can't do anything else

my body doesn't want to move

i am so tired

but i can't sleep

my brain is fuzzy today
