don't Fear (Mono X Seven)

(Extra oneshot, aka, me trying to find the inspiration in continuing this book while giving you guys content)

Mono sat there, his hands clutched at his chest as he felt warm tears stream down his cheeks, Six betrayed him, after all the things he had done for her, she still treated him like nothing...

Mono heard something scurry around in the background, he pealed his eyes open looking up as he watched a boy with a blue sweater(?) peak his head out from behind a few boxes, some gnomes also scurrying out before they caught sight of Mono making them immediately scurry behind the blue boy, Mono and Seven stared at eachother for what felt like forever before Seven cleared his throat and took a step closer to Mono and the chair he was sitting on

"hey...are..are you okay?" the boy asked hesitantly as he took a step forward reaching his hand out to the other male, Mono stared unmoving before he tilted his head "what are you doing here?"Mono, his eyes still fixated on the other, the kid looked abit surprised before he looked towards the gnomes that where still hiding behind him

"....they led me here" the boy looked back at Mono taking another step forward
"but what about you?" he asked as he walked closer to Mono until he was practically beside the other

Mono hummed as he looked away "an old friend....left me behind" he said looking down wishing he had his paperbag with him, to his surprise he saw the other boy climb on the chair with a small huff

"that's mean" the boy huffed as he sat beside Mono, Mono was looking at the other confused, he grew even more confused when he saw the kid suddenly grow concered "are you hurt? your breathing abit heavily" the kid said, Mono just stared for abit before he shook his head "why are you trying to help me?" Mono asked watching as the kids smiled softly

"were all little guys here, little guys gotta stay together!"

Mono stared, his eyes seemed to sparkle with wonder as he felt his broken soul already being mended together as he stared at the ray of sunshine beside him

he put his lips together as he allowed the kid to take his hand "im Seven by the way" Seven said as he looked over the injuries on the boys arm wincing slightly to himself aswell

"im Mono" Mono said, his eyes still focused on the other boys dark brown bangs,pale skin and barely visible freckles, Seven smiled to himself "that's a nice name" he said smiling up at Mono before he turned to the gnomes that where watching the two happily, he asked them if they could get bandaged or a cloth for the wounds on Mono, the gnomes nodded and scurried off leaving the two boys alone

Mono found himself smiling

maybe there's hope after all...
