Ayato x Yui New Life

Chapter 7

Ayato and Yui was in the store, she's pushing the bugget and he's walking beside her. He never been in a store in his life, he would always be at home.

"What are we getting from here?" He asked.

"Food, laundry supplies, bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies and that's about it."

They went to the laundry aisle, Yui got some detergent and fabric softener. Going to the cleaning, clorox, dish soap, aif fresher and plugs. Bathroom mostly towels and cloths. And food supplies is just some food.

Ayato realize Yui is mostly getting vegetables, and seafood barely meat.

"You love vegetables and seafood."

"They are good, some might think there nasty but just give them a try." Yui said getting strawberries and watermelon. "This should be all, good thing it's only just me and I don't have to get a bunch. You want anything from here Ayato?"

"Nah I'm good."

"Okay let's go check out."

Ayato took Yui home and for some reason didn't want to leave. They went inside then Yui's phone started ringing.

"Hello?" Yui brought the groceries in the house and was still on the phone. "I just got back from the store what's wrong.-He what?. Do you need me to come over there. Okay."

Yui hanged up angry, and Ayato didn't think he would see that.

"Is everything okay?"

"No."

"Want to talk about it."

"Not my business to tell. You can go home now, you do have school after tomorrow."

"You lucky."

"Yes I'm peaceful now go home."

"Why are you trying to rush me out?"

"Why are you still trying to stay longer?"

Ayato went silent. Yui turns after stocking the kitchen hands on her hips wanting answers.

"I can't leave.." Ayato said.

"Why?" Yui just wanted to lay down and be alone.

"Cause I can't."

"Ayato I will take you out of here myself if I have to. Give me a clear answer!"

"Cause I don't want to leave okay. I just don't."

Yui walks up to the counter trying to find his face but his bangs covers it.

"Is there something you want to tell me."

"You won't understand."

"Then make me understand. Whatever's eating you up you need to let it out."

Her voice, it's caring and so like Yui's. Ayato sighs, it's time to tell her the truth but not the full truth.

"There was this girl, a year ago, a friend of me and my brothers, she died."

"Oh..well I'm sorry to hear that."

"She was a caring girl, gentle, and kind. One day when we saw her body in the hospital, I couldn't forgive myself cause I did mean things."

Ayato felt arms latching around him, Yui. He never been this close to her before. Actually he never been hugged.

"I'm sure she doesn't want you to feel guilty. It was a accident. You can stay for the night." Yui said then grab the bags for the laundry and bathrooms and left Ayato alone.

Yui was sad to hear about Ayato's friend. When he said all of that it felt familiar to her, she feels like she seen what happened then her head starts hurting.

Her head has been hurting for la long time now and doesn't know why, it mostly happens when she's around Ayato or see his brothers, or just random.

Is he bad or something she just hopes it'll stop.

It was the afternoon almost sundown and Yui was taking a nap. Doing her house made her tired, she let Ayato choose a room to stay in for the night and told him where hers is if he needs something.

Yui cooked Ayato some takoyaki cause he wouldn't stop asking her about it and made herself a salad, and now they both is watching a show in the living room.

Ayato noticed how destined Yui was, she would go five feet near him. He thinks she's hiding something or she's giving him space.

But pushing that aside and eating his delicious takoyaki, it tastes just the same as Yui made it. He wish he could take everything he did bad to her and make it right.

"Are you alright?"

Ayato snaps out of it when he heard Yui's voice, she was looking at him concerned.

"Yeah, I'm fine." He said looking at the screen.

"You sure? You don't look like it."

"It's nothing just was thinking about something."

"Oh okay."

After a hour, Yui was tired she got her plate and went to the kitchen. Putting her plate in the sink then was going to leave but someone grabs her wrist, Ayato.

"Thanks for letting me stay tonight." He said.

"No problem you looked like you need it." Yui said and was about to walk off but Ayato pulls her to him. "Ayato...let me go.."

"I can't.."

"Ayato I'm tired, let me go please."

Ayato lets her go a little but in one second he did something. He kiss her.

Yui was shocked and didn't know what to do but after a few she kiss back. When she did things came back to her head and she push Ayato back.

Ayato looks at Yui in shock.

"What was that for?"

Her face was in shock and anger.

"Get out.."

"What?"

"Get out of my house and never come back."

What's wrong with her she offers him to stay and now she wants him to leave.

"Yui, what's going on?"

"I knew you was bad news and now I know why."

Ayato let's her continue.

"I remember now."

"Remember what?" Ayato asked taking a step closer and she takes a step back.

"Why I left. It was all you boys fault, because you're a awful vampire, but I guess you and your brothers are awful."

Now he know where she's getting at. Yui.

"Yui..Im sorry."

"YOU'RE NOT SORRY!"

"I am. I knew it couldn't be true but I guess I was right." Ayato looks at the girl. "You came back to life."
