The Reveal

Abby's P.O.V.

It's 7:30 pm and I hear a knock on the door downstairs I go downstairs and open the door it's Max.

"Hey," she says

" Hey come in let's go to my room so we can do the project" I reply happily

"Okay but can we get some snacks I'm hungry," She says looking at me

"Okay you know where the snacks and water is in the kitchen I'll come with you I want some water," I say

She nods her head and we walk to the kitchen I got some popcorn, sour patch, water, and some chips. Max got the same thing besides the chips and popcorn because we are sharing that stuff. After that, we go upstairs and I put the popcorn and other stuff on my nightstand and I sit on my bed.

" Put your snacks over there" I point to the other nightstand 

"Okay" she put the stuff down and sit on the bed

"So what's the project about," she says sitting closer to me she cute she thinks I don't notice her moving closer

"Ladies of empowerment and we can choose 3 ladies that changed history for the better and described what they did that changed history" I reply

"Let's get to work," she says smiling 

Max P.O.V.

After 3 hours so it's now 10 pm at night and there was a loud thunder Abby jumped me knowing she is scared of thunderstorms I pulled her into a tight hug not letting her go.

"You okay you wanna stop working on the project and finish tomorrow," I asked

" I'm okay and yea I'm tired," Abby says shaking

"you're okay," I say pulling her out of the hug and picking everything off the bed

 Another loud thunder hits I look at Abby she has her hands covering her ears. I quickly put everything on her desk and get back to her and hug her again. I can still feel her shacking after the storm gets worse Abby says

"Can you stay I don't want you to leave and take the risk of getting hurt"

"I'll ask my mom" I text my mom while saying that and still hold Abby in my arms

"My mom said it's okay just to be safe" I smile

"Yay I'm going to try and get some sleep," Abby says yawning

"Okay ill lay on the floor with this blanket and pillow" I point at the stuff 

" You sure the floor is really cold I don't mind if you lay on my bed," she says 

"OK" I lay on her bed and she falls asleep instantly when I go to sleep

I wake up to Abby moving after another loud thunder and she cuddles me without realizing I kiss her on her forehead. She looked at me and asked

"What was that for"

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to," I say getting up and moving to lay on the floor

Abby pulls me to lay back down and she says

"I didn't say I didn't like it " she says as she kisses me on the lips

I kiss her back and I cuddle her tight and we lay back down I whisper 

"So does that mean we're a thing now" 

"I guess so" she replied smiling

I kiss her forehead and go to sleep with her laying on my chest
