Aashi's POV:

So the very next day i started talking to Roohi. It was indeed awkward at first but jaise jaise din nikle we became good friends .And trust me that girl is an angel. Matlab she can be friends with anybody and everybody. She's way too nice, always helping other etc etc. Mujhe lagta nahi tha aise log bhi exist karte hain but live example mere saamne hai.

It's been like only two weeks or something but Roohi hum teeno ke saath itna ghul mil gayi hai ki lagta hi nahi ye humare group me or nischay ki language me humare 'dot' me new hai... Guess this is a good thing aise log bahut kami se milte h. Plus I'm glad ki atleast ek ladki to meri friend hai.

To right now we're in canteen obviously. Chit chatting as usual.

"Accha by the way guys have you heard about the trip?" Roohi said.

"Haaannnnn. I mean everyone is talking about it. " Vanshi said getting excited.

"Haa maine bhi kuch suna toh tha lekin mujhe laga koi mazee to nahi le rha issliye ignore kar dia" Nischay said.

"Okay? Konsi trip? Kaisi trip? Am I missing something??? " I was beyond confused.

"Bro don't tell me ki tujhe nahi pata" Nischay said.

"Umm nahi? " I said.

"Arre tu ek kaam kar chullu bhar paani le or doob ja ussme... Bhai konsi duniya me rehti h tu? " Vanshi said.

"Arre it seems ki hum log college ki taraf se field trip par jaa rahe h in few days. I am wayyyy tooo excited!!!" Roohi said screaming a little.

"Haan and it's 1 week trip wo bhi MANALI!!!! Kitna mazaaaa aayegaaaa!!!! " Vanshi said.

Wow iss baare me mujhe kaise nahi pata? Tumhe kuch pata bhi rehta hai? My subconscious mind said. I mean it's not like she's wrong or something but ye to self roast ho gaya.

"Dekho i dont care but hum sab chal rahe hain. Specially Tu. Koi bahana nahi chalega iss baar i know tu pakka kuch bahana sooch rahi hogi. " Nini said pointing his finger at me.

Shit. He knows me too well.

"I umm-i--- shoot I'm late!" And i ran kyuki i was sacchi me late plus mujhe pata nahi tha ki ab mai kya bolu.

It's not like i dont wanna go or something but the thing is waha bahut saare log honge. And log=anxiety.
Lekin i know ki ye log bhi itni asaani se maan ne wale nahi hai kya karu!?!?ughhhh

After our classes we went home or kisi ne bhi trip ke baare mem koi baat nahi ki specially mujhse which was weird and i think inke khurafati dimaag me koi idea chal rha hai... I can feel it but I let that go.

Ye log mujhe ghar drop karke chale gaye... And since I was tired as hell I decided to take nap... Usually I don't take afternoon naps kyuki agar din me soo jaau toh raat ko neend nhi aati.. Agar raat me neend nahi aayegi to subah nahi utha jayega... Lekin subah to uthna padta hi hai and kyuki raat me neend poori nhi hui to din me firr neend aayegi.. Yahi cycle chalti rahegi issliye i try to avoid these naps.

I wake up from my nap at around 6pm and as I was hungry I decided to go downstairs. Neeche jaake dekha to hall me nini, vanshi n roohi teeno mere parents ke saath ekdum maze me baithe hue gappe maar rahe the.

"When did you guys came?" I asked.

"Around 5pm kyu? Nahi aa sakte kya?" Vanshi said.

"Aisa maine kab kaha" I said making a boring face.

"Chahe tum kuch na kaho maine sunn liyaa" Vanshi started singing and everyone laughed along with me.

"Ye log bol rahe hai ki you don't wanna go to college trip? Why? " My dad asked.

Oh issliye ye log yaha aaye hai... See I told you bade khurafaati h ye log. They knew ki mere parents mujhe zarur bhejenge.

"Arre papa bas aise hi... You know padhai disturb ho jaati hai.. Plus i have uh exams " I tried to come up with excuses.key word 'tried'.

"Abhi tumhare exams khatam hue hain.... Sab pata hai hume tum or tumhare bahane.. Bacche tumhe to aise trips me jaane ke liye excited hona chaiye.. memories create karna chaiye... Yahi sab to future me yaad rakhte hain." My dad said.

"Wahi na uncle hum bhi issko yahi samjha rahe the" Nini said and i gave him a look which says 'shut up or I'll kill you' but he just smiled at me.

"Exactly... Waise bhi padhai to hoti rehti hai... We don't care you are going and it's final. Also agar tum nahi jaaogi to ye teeno bhi nahi jayenge aisa mai nahi ye log bol rahe hain" My mom said.

"What? Are you guys mad? Meri wajah se apna trip Kyu kharab kar rhe ho?" I asked three of them.

"Tere bina maza nahi aayega Or tujhe humare group ka motto yaad hai na? 'Haath nahi chorna saath nahi chorna'. " Said nini.

See this is what I called 'Emotional blackmail' jo mai hamesha karti hu...it was my trick Par iss baar inn logo ne mujhe hi kar dia... Ab mai itni bhi selfish nahi ki apne chakkar me apne friends ki trip kharab karu.

"Please yaar maan jaa na." They all started saying please please.

Ughhhh

"Okay fine I'll come." I said.

"Wait. For sure? No kidding? "Nischay asked.

"Yup I'm coming! " I said smiling.

"Like pakka pakka as in 100%? " Vanshi asked.

"Yeaahhhh" I said.

"Sach me maan gayi? " This time it was roohi.

"Guys do you want me to change my mind? " I said annoyed.

"NOOOO! " They all said at the same time.

"Haan to ab bas karo" I said.

"Wowww!!! It's going to be fun!!! " Roohi said.

"I know bahut mazaa aayega! " Said vanshi.

"Snowfall dikh jaaye to Or bhi zada" Nischay said.

"Haaaannnnn!" Both roohi and vansh said at the same time.

And I was smiling kyuki inn logo ko khush dekh kar mujhe bhi khushi ho rahi hai... Kaafi cliche but yahi sach hai.

But little did I know ki everything will change after this trip.
