"Hey, sorry I'm late." Aurora told Drew who opened the front door when she arrives at the Glatzel's home.
"Yeah yeah." Drew Thomas said, technical assistant of her parents (although he was like family). He waved his hand in a circle various times as it telling her to hurry.
"Did you bring it? The stuff?" He asked her eagerly, licking his lips.
"Yes Drew. I brought the burgers and chicken nuggets." Aurora said as she walked up the front steps.
"And the cookie?" He asked, opening the door wider for her.
"Yes Drew." She repeated, standing infront of him.
"And my milkshake?" He asked, adding onto the list and Aurora frowned, annoyed.
"What? You didn't ask me to get that!" She said, confused.
"So? I didn't want one until after you left. Besides, you should know me by now! You know how much I like milkshakes." Drew complained and Aurora sighed loudly and shoved the takeout bag into Drew's chest, pushing past him and going inside. She was immediately smothered by her adoptive parents.
"Where's Judy?" Lorraine asked her worriedly as she pulled away from the hug she'd given her.
"She decided she wanted to stay at the diner and study since she doubted she'd get much done here." Aurora answered before she walked over to her dad and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
