This is my OC, her original name was utsukushi sora/sora utsukushi which means beautiful sky.
But I changed her name into arumi (yes i got that from BTS's fandom name, ARMY) I wanted to name her army but that would be.... A bit weird yes?
So if you put ARMY into Hangul it would be 아르미 (areumi) even tho you dont pronounce the "r" In army (the correct spelling 아미/ami)
But if you pronounce the "r" it would be areumi, and i changed areumi/아르미 into arumi 아루미 by taking the "e" out
Arumi can be a japanese name, an Indonesian name, and JAVAnese name (its a province in Indonesia)
But i thought arumi would be a unusual korean name so I changed her korean name from arumi into areum, it means beautiful (and in her previous name, had the name utsukushi which also means beautiful so it kinda connects)
And her english name should be Amy, cuz if you take out the "r" From army it would be Amy, which is the source of my idea for my OC's name: arumi
And thats the story how I decided on her name, I really thought it out and even went to google to search if arumi were a real name or not lmao
And no, she doesnt have a last name anymore
