yuta was giggling non-stop while mark was stumbling in laughter as they both walked back and sat down on the floor. the entire 127 was laughing due to yuta's straightfoward sentence that he wouldn't move and mark could come as close as he wanted.

yes, 127 were playing the pepero game in their practice room to pass some time. you were an old friend of theirs since they were trainees and part of the dance choreography team, so the boys invited you to hang out with them.

when johnny went to get snacks, he bought some pepero sticks and haechan forced everyone (including you) to play the game. you insisted not at the beginning, but...you know how haechan can be so you gave in.

although you were laughing till there were tears in you eyes, you can't help but feel worried everytime haechan pulled out a piece of paper from the pouch. all your names were written in there, and whosever name was called were to play the game.

after everyone caught their breath, haechan grabbed the pouch and pulled out a name. he slowly unfolded the paper and shouted, "jaehyun hyung! it's you!".

jaehyun let out a sigh and acted cool about it as he stuffed his hands into his pockets, his tongue poking the inside of his cheek. he walked to the front and laughed a little, still maintaining the nonchalant demeanor.

all eyes were on haechan's hands as he unfolded the second piece of paper. "it's...drumroll please!" haechan teased. everyone banged their hands on the floor, awaiting the next "victim".

"y/n!!" haechan yelled. your eyes widened and you were quite shocked. all eyes were on you and some "woah"s were heard here and there.

you internally calmed yourself down, telling yourself that you just needed to bite the biscuit stick, and that's all.

johnny handed you the pepero stick before smirking and you and jaehyun. jaehyun slightly glared at him, but still acted cool about it.

you weren't super nervous because it wasn't as if you liked jaehyun romantically, but he did look nicer up close, causing your heart to beat a little faster than usual.

placing the chocolate end of the biscuit into your mouth, you walked closer to jaehyun, your hands clenched tightly in front of you. you were literally trying to avoid any contact with him, and you could see jaehyun doing the same.

he took a deep breath and glanced up at you, before looking at the pepero and started munching. you did the same and you had to admit, it was pretty fun! you began laughing you almost thought you burst into laughter and drop the biscuit.

the both of you continued munching until you your faces were pretty close.

you could feel the tension between the members increase as they watched every move you made. so, you decided to play a joke.

out of nowhere, you grabbed jaehyun's shoulder and stood closer to him. a few gasps were let out and excited giggles slipped from the member's mouths. you stopped muncing for a while, and looked jaehyun in the eye. you could see he was shocked of your actions too, which would make the joke even funnier.

the pepero stick was only about an inch left. you tilted your head and made it seem as though you were gonna give jaehyun a big kiss on the lips. some squeals were heard as the tension grew. jaehyun was blushing like crazy, his heart pounding through his chest.

but instead of giving jaehyun a kiss like everyone expected, you sneakily bit off the remaining part of the biscuit, your lips barely grazing jaehyun's soft ones.

you pulled away and started laughing while clutching your stomach. "haha! got yall!" you teased. a chorus of "awh"s and groans came from the members as they sat back down. some of them got onto their knees as they were too excited.

"y/n ahhhh!! how could you play us like that!" haechan whined and pouted in disappointment. you let out a satisfied giggle as you managed to trick your friends.

before you could turn to jaehyun to tell him how fun it was, his arms slipped around your waist and firmly pulled you towards him, making your bodies pressed against one another.

he gave a small smile before slightly dipping you and tilting his head to give you a soft and gentle kiss. all his feelings for you were translated through that kiss. instead of resisting, you closed your eyes and kissed him back, your hands running up his chest to hold his neck.

cheers and shouts of excitement arose as the members punched their fists happily into the air. jaehyun didn't care and continued kissing you, tilting his head to kiss you more intensely.

you broke the kiss and looked into his eyes that was almost a straight line, his happiness written all over his face and his dimples appeared.

"who was i kidding? of course i liked you romantically," you admitted.
