As for favourite smell, I don't have one, but I do have many favourite sights. I could bombard you with pictures, or show you my favourite three.

Left: sakuras or cherry blossoms. You can never have enough of those. Put me in a garden full of them, and I'll be sitting in silence making sure nobody disturbs the garden peace.
Top right: horses :-)
Bottom right: the Colorado River, my favourite river.
As for the sunset, it sets at around ten and rises at five... so not many options for a photo. It is pretty, though.
