Third Person Pov:

It was raining heavily to the point you can't see the sky. The sound thunder filled the environment. Nyx carried a limp body in his arms back to the mansion. His clothes were soaked and blood was stained not only on his but Axel's clothes as well.

Just as he stopped in front of the house Nyx collapsed along with Axel's body and he let out an agonising pain filled scream.

The sky roared and the ground shook.
He couldn't believe what was happening was real. He let Axel die in front of his own eyes. He swore he'd protect him no matter what and even after that he had failed. Tears wouldn't stop pouring down his eyes. Nyx prayed and kept praying that this was nothing but a nightmare and he'd wake up soon to see Axel's concerned gaze watching him and ready to comfort him in his arms.

But it was reality and this wasn't a dream.
"I'm - I-I" he broke into sobs again as he couldn't form words.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry I couldn't protect you!" Nyx sobbed as he held Axel's head close to his chest.

His eyes fell onto his chest where there was a big hole under Axel's shirt.

Nyx's eyes filled with tears. He picked up Axel again and brought him inside the house.
He took him to their room and laid him down on their bed.

His eyes fell on the bite marks on Axel's hand and he felt this rage go through his entire body. He clenched his teeth in anger, his eyes turned black and his irises glowed red.
The things in the room started to shake as Nyx's anger caused an imbalance in his powers .

He touched the bruises and bite mark and unknowingly started muttering something.

The things started flying around and the lights flickered.
Nyx's eyes glowed orangish red and the veins in his hands looked like lava flowed in them as they glowed in the same colour.
Nyx looked up and said loudly,
"Every single person that hurt him like this.

Every single person who took part in this heinous act.

Every single person who is at the cause of my mate's present state. You took someone very dear to me away from me.
I curse you an eternity of pain , dead or alive you'll suffer. You have to suffer.
I curse you and your entire bloodline, from your ancestors to your upcoming generation to die and suffer the same pain he did but hundred times worse.
Every single drop of your blood shall be mixed with very same soil we walk on.
Every single one you will regret hurting those whom I love and this shall be a warning to everyone those who plan on doing so. You'll regret crossing paths with Nyx Venatores. "Nyx's head threw back and a surge of energy went through the room and kept spreading until it escaped the room , then the house and then probably spread across the world.

Nyx knew what he did and he didn't regret it. It was still nothing. They were going to pay.

Nyx in a dizzy haze looked down and shook his head to clear the aftereffects of the spell he did.

Tears and sobs escaped his mouth again when he saw Axel's body and clutched the sheets tightly.
He held Axel's hand and it was as cold as ice.The colour of his body seem to be a little paler than usual.

Nyx couldn't believe that Axel was taken away from him. He couldn't believe that his mate had died.
A heart wrenching sob escaped Nyx as he kissed Axel's hand again and again begging him to come back.
Nyx's kept his head on Axel's cold hand and cried softly.
He hugged Axel's torso tightly and it was then he noticed he could feel and hear the weird squelching of muscles moving.
Nyx suddenly stopped crying and sat up.
