Details:            The beautiful home of The Charmed Ones was a particularly distinct and memorable  house, with those striking fuchsia walls to the dreamy stained-glass windows, it was a magnificent piece of architecture. 

 The original structure, built in 1898, was destroyed by a major earthquake and had to be torn down. Fortunately, the land was purchased by Gordon Johnson and his wife P. Baxter, who promptly rebuilt the manor in 1906. The manor has been in the family ever since; at least four generations. 

The site upon which Halliwell Manor is built was equidistant from the natural elements (Earth, Fire, Wood, Metal and Water), rendering it a Spiritual Nexus, and thus was a seat of power for all who lived there, whether good or evil. 

The Manor is quite large, with a foyer, living room, sitting room, dining room, conservatory (also known as a solarium or sunroom), bathroom, kitchen and a small scullery/laundry room on the ground floor. 

The second floor consists of four or more bedrooms (the master had an en-suite bath) and a bathroom as well as stairs leading to third level of the house  — the attic, which is most important room in the house as it is where the BOS is kept and where most of the spellwork and magic was practised. 

There is also a basement which is accessible from the kitchen and a garage at the end of the driveway.  

Warlocks Nicholas and Jeremy and demons such as The Shadow and Inspector Rodriguez were all vanquished or banished within the walls of Halliwell Manor. 

Both Penny Halliwell and Andy Trudeau died in the house whilst Phoebe Halliwell is the only member of the family to have been born in the Manor itself.
